Trying to finish my driveway expansion. Not a big fan of working in the rain. Thanks to the 3point breaking. It’s slower going. Have to dig up the dirt with the backhoe. It’s rock hard clay. Probably be able to dig with a tooth bar but I don’t have one.

That’s a good idea. I have a piece of rubber matting left over from a new build horse barn. That stuff is heavy duty.

I’d put them on the cement floor in my garage in front of the work benches. Keeps you elevated off the cold floor in the winter.

It’s called Geogrid. It’s an erosion prevention system. No idea how well it will hold up. But I will check on it and see how well it works next spring. That’s the time for it to shine lol n

4hrs round trip for a rear blade, 2hrs for my rear mower. Like driving so distance isn’t much of a bother for me. Rarely calculate it in the purchase unless it’s gonna be more than 4hrs round trip.

Did some more work on my buddies new driveway. He had the grid stuff already in place, all I had to do was move grave, from the pile and dump it down the edge. I did it in a trickle instead of just dumping the bucket so that the edges didn’t fold over.

Well I’m officially without a truck. My truck went from “in transit” To “waiting parts”. Sold my truck expected to pick my new one up this week..... well no delivery date on it now. Lucky for me, I ordered it through a family member and he is going to lend me his truck and just drive a dealer...

Dealer emailed me back. Warranty will replace the busted parts. So that’s great news! I doubt they are too expense. I took the 3 point off and only the top link and the left arm seem to be bent.

That’s the only thing I think could have happened. Whenever I have something on the back. I always lift to full height when moving. I am surprised that clip came out. I emailed the dealer to find out if this is covered by Kubota. When it popped out I wasn’t even using the blade. I was driving...

I forgot a chain in my bucket once . Sure enough I filled the bucket with dirt. Didn’t see the chain till I dumped it.

It’s been a crazy busy few weeks, not much tractor time because other projects are piling up. Decided today I needed to start getting the rest of the dirt out and prepping for the pit run. Used the scarificers to break up the dirt and the Bucket to move it. Got about an hr done and then this...

So a Kubota SVL 75-2 (first time I operated a new style machine) can move 300 tons of dirt in less than 7hrs. Spent more time waiting for the truck to bring another load. Only twice did he pull in while I was actually in the machine!

140 tons moved. Gonna be a lot of fill today.

It’s a Kubota rental kinda day. Running this for a friend of mine. Filling in a big slope.

Mowed the lawn today, was in a hurry so I left the loader on for the first time while mowing. Wasn’t too difficult to get around the small trees out back.

I think perhaps an average would be a fun number.. I'm at approx 2.44hrs/day average on mine.

my 2020 23s seat is great. armrest, it slides forward and backwards, can recline.. its a nicer seat than my truck has lol

Those look like 60 series pioneer couplers. Same ones I have on mine.
