Defective wheels on new L47 kubota tractor

It has been my understanding that they crack when not torqued after the first 25 or so hours of rim installation. I can understand an L47 killing the rims faster given that they are a much tougher machine than the standard L models and thus used much harder. I dont think the L has upgraded...

    Adding power to a B2650

I know you said it was sized about right for you, but I would strongly consider a L3301 or L3560 if you want more luxury. More problem free setup than what youd find in the larger B.

    Mysterious coolant leak, TG1860G

GM also has a stop leak tablet made of crushed ginger. Seems a bit more engine friendly IMO. Did the new pump fix the issue?

Replacing rear rims only on 4WD tractor

The rims actually came in today. They called Thursday asking about the switch. Super fast shipping apparently. They do look to have the deep and shallow dish discs. Im not sure what were going to do at the moment because itll be used in the woods mostly. Youd want the stance but not be too...

    So Greta isn't Greta

For those of you who believe in climate change, look into the shifting of the poles. Google space weather pole shifting. It has nothing to do with humans unless somehow we can control the Sun.

Replacing rear rims only on 4WD tractor

Just an update, that junkyard called him back asking if hed rather have 2 piece rims since they already had those pulled with the tires removed. Dad took him up on it so we shall see. He said they have 4 different adjustments. Ive never really dealt with ag tires before so this will be...

    Gas powered log splitter

A friends grandfather used a non working 3 point splitter as the platform and built a small pull behind. The reservoir he used was from a dump truck. It was pretty slick since it had the brackets already on it. The larger the reservoir, the cooler the fluid is his way of thinking. I think she...

    Let it snow!

No real snow in our forecast, but it***8217;s going to get cold by the end of the week. The low cost heating bill has been nice, but I***8217;m looking forward to it. Will most likely fire up the wood stove too.

Pretty sure he does. Some Whitehouse officials wanted his tweets to be allowed to be proofread before being publicized. Twitter said no.

Replacing rear rims only on 4WD tractor

Thanks. Hes going to make a few calls today. Ford also had a 1600 that was a little older with a slightly larger engine. From what I***8217;ve seen in the photos, those are 2 piece rims at least on the 2WD models. Im just not sure if theyre the correct size. There is also a tractor junkyard...

    G1800 temp gauge query

Assuming everything coolant system wise is in check, perhaps the gage itself is bad. You should be able to find a used unit on eBay.

Replacing rear rims only on 4WD tractor

It is a 6 lug rim. 7 inches bolt center to bolt center with a 4.5 inch hub/ center hole. I am also assuming a 9.5-24 tire would have the same sidewall height regardless of brand since thats the only dimension on the tire.
