"SHOULD" be the same as the L185/L185DT,
lots of parts are probably discontinued though.
Not sure if a 'kit' exists, by party by part you could rebuild it.

Here is the breakout of the idler pulley.....
Looks like it is sold, not as an assembly like is usually the case,
break it down and replace the bearing as stated above by
@D2Cat and @007kubotaguy.....
Here is the bearing part number, you should be able to cross it over at an auto parts store.....
The L3001 would be similar to the L345;
I agree, that cap was probably swapped, I do not see a vent hole in that cap either.
If it is like my L1500, I used W90 Gear Oil.
