What engine is in the L2200? You can identify the engine from the serial number stamped into the engine block right alongside the fuel injection pump. The first part of the number identifies the model of the engine.

I have not got them mounted yet, the only person here at work that knows how to use the fancy big old tire machine has been on vacation. Hopefully this week.

I did not see them, because I only searched for the stock tire size. I wanted to keep with the original size on the front and rear to avoid a problem with the RC.

This is where grease comes out when lubing, top and bottom..... Somewhere (here) I read that this should be greased until full, I "assumed" that was the way the u-jounts and king pins got lubed, similar to my old Willys. On it you made a blend of greases and packed full when reassembeling...

Well, bad choice of words, hit the grease fittings, top and bottom til it came out.

Trust me I know that, It was dry as a bone took forever to get it full of grease. Just like my old Willys when I got it ! May be it is just the separation you get, like in a grease gun?

With the front wheels off I noticed a leak on the drivers side and it seems to be coming from the axle case spindle housing. I need to do some cleaning to confirm. After checking with the local Kubota dealer it appears that most all of the parts needed to do this repair are discontinued...

This weekend was all about wheel repair, it did seem odd that one of each the front and rear were terribly rusty on the inside and the other two were not too bad. Also the not too bad front had a gaping hole where the valve stem exited the wheel. The other front had a similar repair as I had to...

Yes the parts list I have shows a L285P, unfortunately it is not searchable so I am not sure if there if there is a special section for the "P" but seems to also cover the F and DT.

I am not positive but can confirm tomorrow because my tires are at work next to the tire machine (just got the tubes today). But I think the date code on the ones I got from simpletire.com was 05/17. I would think any reputable seller could provide that information before shipping, but maybe...
