    Dents on Brand New Loader?

I'm glad you'll breathe easy if it is confirmed to be only cosmetic. It woud be helpful if you would give dimensions of the length, width and depth of this dent.

    Dents on Brand New Loader?

If BGTLS is unhappy with his Kubota, I think he should trade it in on a Jinma or Mahindra ;)

    L2550 GST

This tractor isn't that much newer or bigger than the L2550. Who can make sense of prices these days? L2550 - 1985 - 1991 23.5 PTO hp L2900 - 1994-1999 25 PTO hp Kubota L2900 4x4 With 341 Hours! Kubota LA480 Loader With 71" Pinned Bucket, Valve Block And Joystick. 8/8 Glide Shift...

    L2550 GST

Hardly any L2550, 2650, 2950s listed on Tractorhouse for a benchmark. I looked at John Deere 850s and 950s as a comparable. Hardly any of those on Tractorhouse either. I've never seen such sparse inventory.

    L2550 GST

OP said: Kubota L2550-GST Good running condition Original owner - bought new in '89-'90 4WD BG400 loader Garage kept. Has been kept serviced by Kubota dealer Isn't a bad guess. I'm guessing that in today's market, it would be on the higher end of that range.

It seems like any CUT with a loader is worth $10,000 + these days.

    L3010 won't start

Last year I cracked my fuel filter housing. Replaced it and the filter, made sure the bowl was full, but there was still too much air in the system. I looked in the manual and found the bleeder knob. opened it up, cranked the engine, and in 15 seconds it was purring like a kitten. Closed...

    Purchase timing advice

The implements are $5k new, $3k used. If this is your first tractor, I'd be inclined to buy the John Deere and start using it. After a year, you'll have a better idea about specifically you want. If you want new, get the Kubota L3560.

Warming HST oil VS engine oil

You could put a magnetic heater or a silicone heater under the transmission. Letting the PTO run while you are warming it up will also warm up the hydraulic/transmission fluid.

Found it but can't get a wrench on it!

Does anyone have a workshop manual for this model (what model # and transmission type)?

    Extreme Cold weather operation

My PTO runs if the range selector is in neutral. A weight on the seat works too.

    Extreme Cold weather operation

I also engage my PTO while it is idling. It helps heat up he transmission/hydraulic oil much faster. I also think a winter fuel treatment is a good investment.

    Disc harrows

I would never fault a person for buying implements, but it sounds like you have a solution in search of a problem. A tiller pretty much does the work of a plow, disc and drag. Maybe get a rough cut mower, fertilizer spreader or landscape rake instead. If you do have soil compaction, then you...
