Traded my L2501 HST for a Kioti DK4210SE

Kioti is not Kubota - yet. They are an up an comer that makes nice, feature rich tractors. Time for Kubota to hear the footsteps, and refine the L01 series. Not that they're bad tractors, but a little more basic than they need to be - even for an economy model. Eliminate the hump, add...

It costs you nothing to put the turnbuckles on the inside and the lower arms on the outside and see if that helps. (If there's room for that turnbuckle connecting point to face inward).

Your tractor's lower arms are offset, which is good. Can you invert one or both of the lower pins on your implement to narrow the stance?

Are your lower arms offset like these? The offset arms give more clearance for the tires.

I had a 15hp Shabaura that had the same problem. I simply moved one of the bottom pins 180 degrees (facing inside) which narrowed the width of the arms and gave me more clearance.

Why are Kioti tractors so much cheaper ... and only six weeks out?

I view Case/IH as different color New Hollands. Yanmar has long been building great tractors - it's just that for years most years, they were painted green and yellow :)

What do you do with the trails you maintain?

Nice pics of trails by several above. They also point out that there is also that issue of the sides inevitably closing in on the trail. I always recommend that people make trails wider than they think, because they will get more narrow. I reversed one of the bottom 3pt pins on my rotary...

Draw bar uses if you have a 3-point or quick hitch mounted receiver?

The other reason to use a drawbar vs. a 3pt itch is that it is a more robust connection to the tractor frame for heavy pulls (like pulling out a stump). There is a lesser chance of cracking an axle or transmission housing.

    FrankenTraktor Project

I had a Shibaura SD1500AO and it was a tough little tractor. It sipped fuel and "stuttered" just like yours!

Need Help With a GST Rotary Valve

Does anybody know how to re-assemble the rotary valve without the two indent balls falling out? It is killing me. Here is a picture with the springs. The balls are supposed to stay on the springs somehow while you insert the indent plate. Asking for a friend.
