I run a 55" tiller on my BX2380. A lot of folks say I shouldn't do that. But the dirt on multiple properties doesn't seem to care too much at all that I'm 7" out of spec. :) Sure, it'll notice particularly wet/thick soil, and when I see the PTO speed drop a bit, I just slow down in those spots...

I just remove the guards and blow spindles off with compressed air after every few uses or after one hard use. Then reinstall. Also a great opportunity to give those spindels a shot or two of grease. Only takes 2 minutes, or about one-quarter-of-a-beer worth of time after mowing ;)

Got a couple food plots in. About an acre total. Mowed and tilled once about a week ago, and today tilled again, seeded, fertilized, drug, and packed. Rain in the forecast for tomorrow!

Wow! I know it's an old post, but my guess would be that fella with the torn hydraulic cylinder dug his bucket behind a big stump and then used either a truck or a much larger tractor to then pull on the B to try and roll the stump out. Redneck fabulous.

Land Pride recently came out with the QH16. I believe only major difference is it is designed for Cat 1 pins from the get-go. So no more spacers, etc. Haven't yet seen it, so can't confirm that, but I have one on order to replace my QH05. No idea what their delivery times to dealers will be.
