    Making choices...

Yes. While I celebrated the ruling, I did not celebrate the reasoning behind the ruling. I don't remember the exact wording, but it was kinda like an innocent man on trial for murder being found not guilty on a technicality. He was never really vindicated, and this ruling does little to stop...

"Rights" are a list of things that are not to be taken away, though, not things that are to be given. It's the same way with health care. People don't have a right to health care because then that would be forcing other people to do things that they may or may not want to do. What people DO...

Very possibly. I guess I'm in a talkative mood or something.

    Another nothing burger

I think the book says somewhere around 2k. If you run it high to begin with you will rarely even have to do a regen. If you do a lot of idling (like I have, loading and unloading deck furniture by hand onto pallets on the forks) you'll end up having to crank it up to 2k or whatever and do a regen.

    Another nothing burger

I wanna say mine has done 2, but it must have been 3 now - it's almost 150hrs old. I've gotta be getting darn close to the next one, but it just keeps on holding out, despite the pretty low RPMs I've been running recently.

    Making choices...

Not necessarily directed at you, NCL, but to the thread in general, along this vein. People seem to have different feelings about "sincerely held religious beliefs" and other beliefs that may or may not be religious in nature. Bottom line is you can't police what's going on in somebody's head...

I can't believe I'm going to chime in here, but, here goes. As I understood the colorado bakery case, gay couple comes in and asks for a custom cake for their wedding. Up to this point the baker has already done repeated business with at least one of the gay guys - selling cupcakes, birthday...

maintenance sheet download for maintenance record keeping

I have a program called Autosist. It's web based, but there's a phone app. I got it for vehicles, but I have my tractor in there as well and you can track gas/fuel consumption, record all your services, put reminders in, have links to manuals and whatnot. It's a pretty nice database. You can...

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

There are 3pt blowers and then there are pull type 3pt blowers. Pros and cons to each. I like a 3 point blower cause I can still use forks to move firewood. I got a pull type so I don't have to crank my neck for an hour and a half while doing the driveway and quarter mile or so of private road.

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

I just pulled 16 brand new used IBC totes off of my dad's trailer and stashed them behind the pole barn. I think I'm done splitting wood for the year (stacking wood in the cages...), so I'll deal with them in the spring. Used the box blade to clean a foot or so of snow out of the most important...

    First Snow...

There's no option for not liking the snow, but not about to move out of it? I used to be big into snowboarding. Alpine boarding, really, was what got me going. Haven't been on a snowboard in more than 10 years, though. So, now, the snow is just a pain in the butt. The kids are getting old...

    Vote!

I think we can all agree that the best thing to come from this, or any election, is the couple months (hopefully) of peace we'll get away from the political ads. I mean, I've been relatively into politics for the last several years, but I'm so unbelievably tired of the anti Tudor Dixon ads that...

    Vote!

Not gonna lie... If you're not voting the way I want you to vote, then I don't want you to vote. Obviously, I can't stop you, and I wouldn't want a world where I CAN stop you. But I still want the candidates I vote for to win, otherwise I wouldn't waste my time.

    Who Owns the Fence

I think the easiest solution is to move into the woods. The best fence is 10 (or way more) acres of woods.

Shifting h lo medium and in and out of 4x4

That's strange. Both of my kubotas shift without any issues. Occasionally the range shifter will line up tooth to tooth, but oftentimes I can just rock it a little with my body and it goes in. If not that, a little careful treadle press and it finds home.
