My friend did me a “favor” and dropped off some red oak firewood rounds. Even though I have a log lift a few were too big for it to lift them to quarter them, I thought I’d try something different.
All the Kubotas that come from the factory as TLBs really seem to be overbuilt. I’m never underwhelmed by mine, hopefully parts stay available for a long time so I can continue to enjoy it.
In my area power company owns the line from the pole to weatherhead. If the weatherhead mast gets ripped off the house the PoCo won’t reconnect until an electrician reconnects the mast to house.
No nylock on the piston retaining nut, on the L35 at least. They should be torqued to a 3 digit number with thread locker though. I imagine it had been previously rebuilt and the nut was not torqued correctly.
