    Remove Block Heater Collar

I’d probably try some heat around the outside of the collar on the block while wiggling the collar with some vice grips. Idea is to heat up the block so it expands and the opening goes along with it loosening the friction between the 2. A slide hammer would be helpful too.

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

Usually the gas pumps by me don’t have them but the high flow diesel pumps do. its kinda a mixed bag, does not seem to be an enforced standard.

Clutch replacement, was not expecting this

I’ve done them on automotive engines, they look similar to your D1703. Joe smith just did one in his thread on here too. (Don’t do it like him though) rtv was a bit excessive. But he has pictures. Some seals require the crank to be perfectly clear of lubricant, others may need lubricant. I’d...

To hold the nozzle on the rim of the tank fill preventing it from falling out due to nozzle reaction.

Wood stoves......My favorite part of having a "cottage"......

I’ve been heating my main living area 24/7 during cold months since 2010 with wood and I do enjoy it. I’ve been running a Blaze King, King Ultra. I keep 3 years worth on hand and burn about 4 cord a year. Getting ahead on wood is key so it is actually seasoned and less than 20% moisture content...

    Just aeration of hydraulic fluid.

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

Popped a hydro line. In the boom of course. Looks like it’s had interference with the cylinder fittings by the location of the rupture. I did replace it about 10 years ago. Was all the way out long and low and it made that unmistakable noise with the river of fluid after. New line ordered...

Creek went dry, but grass doesn't look that bad

I can’t tell you exactly the last time it rained in southern Connecticut. Been over a few weeks for sure. But before that we got lots, so I don’t think we’re in panic mode when it comes to a drought. Very high fire danger, had quite a few large scale (for CT) brush fires over the last couple...

Is this tractor too well used?

Common error, especially if you sound out the name.

Is this tractor too well used?

in your first post you spelled Kubota kabota, so just a pet peeve of mikester exposed there I would imagine. Just a heads up without chains you probably won’t be plowing snow uphill with an 4x4 either. If your surface is paved that may cause issues.
