L35 oil filler cap

Can someone post a pic of what the cap looks like? Mine is MIA. I put in a rubber plug, I'm not sure if it shoul be vented or not. My Kubota dealer says they no longe make them.

Your dealer parts guy is lazy. Tell him to send me my cut. The crankcase is vented out the valve cover.

Seems like you need a better parts person! But it was a bit of work to find the correct figure for the case top. I had to look at 5-6 figures before I found the right one.

50 is the plug and 60 is an o-ring but 60 has various numbers that go with the tractor serial number.

I'm not sure that's the right one. The plug I'm missing is on the lower left side of the motor, by the dipstick

Sorry I saw something that looked like the ROPS so thought you were showing the rear transmission filler. Now I see the alternator in the picture.

The part number that is in post #2 seems correct
