    What's cookin' boys?

Earlier I mentioned our convection ovens. Did a 22 pound turkey on Convection Roast at 250. About 4.5 hours ‘til done. Wasn’t done yet in the picture. Shortens cook times at lower temps.

    Daily Chuckle

My things were urinal mints or pissmints. Don’t think they caught on either. Bought them from a great old timer that had a suitcase with his wares. Got nice mop heads from him also. Real Old School. Nice guy.

    What's cookin' boys?

Looks like it’s just the Mrs. and I for Thanksgiving dinner. 11 pounds per person will work…..😉 We do make good use of all of it.

    What's cookin' boys?

That looks delicious.🤤 You’ve got some great skills! Working with a 90’s Jenn-Aire would have been a great thing for us. I don’t have any pictures of our old kitchen handy. It was a train wreck but we made some great food and memories from it…..😉

    Decreasing Down Pressure 3 Point

Just an afterthought- don’t know what tractor you’re using, but a REALLY LONG top link might help. My only concern here would be possible binding of the PTO shaft to the blower. I’d really like to see a couple pictures of the tractor and snowblower connected.

    Decreasing Down Pressure 3 Point

Sounds like he has a 3PH blower with the front-facing design. Drive it forward. Not common but I recall @Dave_eng has one on his M-series tractor and swears by it. Seems like @Dave_eng designed and built pretty neat hydraulic (?) guide wheels for his but was a while ago. Absent something like...

    What's cookin' boys?

I was a commercial cook years ago and she’s obviously an accomplished baker. Viking top/hood, and double convections were important to us. I did a lot of demolition and other preparatory work to pay for the upgrades As a Forester by education, I like North American hardwoods in their natural...

    What's cookin' boys?

@BBFarmer - appreciate your mention of the kitchen. Did it 15 years ago. Small but gets the job done. Rangetop is Viking commercial style with matching hood. Double convection ovens are Frigidaire Professional. I think they’ve been bought by Whirlpool since. Most is Whirlpool now...

Automotive Museum and Member Classics...What We Do For Fun.

Bill - depending on when you were here we’ve grown quite a bit. Up to about 200 vehicles now in 5 connected buildings. Started with 50 in 1997 in one building. That place in A.B. Brown is CNY Living History Museum or similar. Haven’t been there but driven by. Think they also have the barn next...

Automotive Museum and Member Classics...What We Do For Fun.

Tinkering with a Hupmobile today. Got it running in good order with help of a colleague that is really good at this stuff. Canister where master cylinder normally would be is a vacuum fuel pump. I learned a lot of things today.

    Corporate Transparency Act

@Magicman - - Time this week doesn't allow plowing through the 48 pages. Trust me, I tried to do so quickly. Federal Regulations don't allow "quickly." ;) We're considering forming an LLC in the next 12-24 months or so. What does this mean in a "Reader's Digest" summary? Appreciate the...

    Kubota ordering system outage coming?

Related to the "upgrade" of their software system. I certainly hope it goes without a hitch. 3 weeks seems like a long time. Probably happens in a lot of our supply chain goods/materials/supplies that we're normally not aware of in most circumstances.

    Bats in my barn!

That’s so unfortunate, for you folks and the bats. Bottom line is you can’t have them in there for several reasons including the barn itself and the animals that will be in it.
