    M126GX hydraulics

Thanks to the crazy way this site handles post composition that comment got lost in my final version. Does not apply after seeing the pictures. Post #13 pretty much sums up what I know and dont know. The one way behavior makes more sense if the valves are in fact closed center load sense...

    Lift arms won’t stay up.

It could just as well be the position control valve. Before throwing parts at it I would suggest you try shutting off the lowering speed valve to see what effect that has. Dan

    Rear remotes

The Tractor Innovations kit is a manual diverter valve that diverts one set of loader valve work ports to a set of rear outlets, The outlets function exactly like they do on the loader valve - i.e double acting and possibly with regen if switching the bucket spool. Dan

    M126GX hydraulics

OK - we are back on track. I am having trouble with those pictures. It does not look like any open center valve I have seen. Based on the class of tractor and rated flow I am beginning to suspect it is a closed center load sensing valve with two independent pressure delivery ports and a center...

    M126GX hydraulics

These are work sections in a stack valve. If there was a power beyond which there is not it would only be in the outlet section that caps the stack. Dan

    M126GX hydraulics

This is starting to become wack-a-mole :). Ok - originally there were three work sections in the stack and one had no pressure on one work port. It was removed and now we have two rebuilt work sections in the stack and no pressure at any outlet but the 3pt stil works fine - correct? Dan

    M126GX hydraulics

Thats informative but I fail to see anything that would point to a relief valve issue. The relief you describe is lift cylinder safety overload and after the remotes. I would think the only pressure relief for thevremotes is the main pump relief. A hydraulic schenstic would be helpful. Lets...

    Where does it go

Looks very much like a manifold nut and stud. The fact that the nut is screwed down against the barrel and it backed out suggests the base end was not screwed all the way in before the nut was torqued. Dan

    Rear remotes

I dont think so - top link is double acting. Dan

    Lift arms won’t stay up.

If the B7100 has a lowering speed valve close it fully and see if that stops or slows the drift. Dan

    M126GX hydraulics

Internet sources say the tractor has open center hydraulics. What relief valve is the service guy talking about and where is it? If you only have problems with one remote the problem is in that work section. Have you verified the control linkage is working and the spool is being fully shifted...

bouncy 3 point lift arms on L2550.

The lowering speed valve closes off the hydraulic circuit between the lift cylinder and the position control valve. If the lift holds with the lowering speed valve closed the lift cylinder is not leaking. That would suggest the leakage is in the position control valve or a component between...

    Power beyond valve L39

    M126GX hydraulics

I know nothing about that tractor but if you are getting low flow and pressure at the valve outlets but good pressure and flow elsewhere the valve is not opening or the outlet is obstructed. I lookef at the owners manual - do you have flow control on the valves? Is the hydraulic system open or...

Kubota 7040 no Cab rear valves for 3 way hydraulic blade

Looks like your tractor has an 11 GPM flow so 1/2" would be preferred. Dan

bouncy 3 point lift arms on L2550.

That sounds like something in the lift circuit is leaking at a prettty good rate. What happens is: You raise the position control lever to the desired height and the lift raises until the control valve goes to neutral when the selected height is reached, With the control valve in neutral the...

Gearbox Lube 80-90W EP vs SAE 80W90

Factually incorrect and outdated information. The GL4 service category is an EP gear oil suitable for use in mild to lightly loaded low to medium speed axles subject to mild to moderate shock loads. Not suitable for use in hypoid axles. GL5 is an EP gear oil suitable for use in high speed...

    BX 2350 Hydraulic system

My 3pt splitter has a regen circuit for fast extend. That reduces effective cylinder size to the 2" rod diameter. Thats 4.2T @ 2700 PSI which will split a lot more than you might guess. A lot of cycles I dont need to shift to the 4th spool position which provides the full 15T force. Dan
