How often does YouTube save you $$$$

It's actually not YouTube, it's the creators on YouTube. If not for YouTube controllers, we could have even more information. But, at least we have Rumble.

Have some dealer's not got the memo COVID is in the rear view mirror?

I don’t know if Covid is behind or just ahead again. I just heard about someone asking if someone’s under the weather kids took a Covid test. I think it’s a perspective thing.

    John Deere Announces Layoffs

Just wondering, how many of you have a compact tract loader or skid steer loader of any brand much less a JD?

That's a lot of weight. Do you have loaded tires, too?

    2016 Ford DEF question (problem)

Other liquids like diesel gasoline etc, can go bad. I'm pretty sure DEF expires. I don't have a DEF vehicle, but my guess is there is some type of supplement made by someone to help clear/clean the system. I'd look into that.

    Equipment fires

He didn't seem to have a shovel either although he had a pretty big shovel on the second excavator.

    Equipment fires

I saw that, too. Kind of a shame that he ran to his other excavator and the only extinguisher he had didn't work. I don't have a favorite. Buy them and buy good mounts. Some of the mounts they ship with are pretty weak. How long it took him to get the nonworking extinguisher off was...

Pandemic: Pt II - same story different tune?

My favorite visit to a store that said you had to be 6 feet apart with employees on either side of the aisle talking which kind of forced people to walk between them. At the same store, aisles that weren't much more than 6 ft apart with employees walking down them side by side. They were...

    L3940 bogging down

I would check the hydraulic fluid level, and unless you have service records, also consider changing the hydraulic filters.

Pandemic: Pt II - same story different tune?

The weird thing is the "science" and "conspiracy" definitions reversed in a short amount of time.

    Which rotary cutter

Rotary cutters cut by momentum not HP. Sure, you may have to use a lower gear instead of a higher gear to keep the 540 RPM up, but I think it's a false statement to say a L2501 "can't" cut 3 inch material. That being said, not all 3 inch material is equal. Soft wood and bushes aren't anywhere...

What is the perfect tractor for you, if you could have any tractor you wanted, and why?

When I bought my L2501, it was about half price of a MX6000 cab. That makes the L2501 economy. For what I do, I don’t think the MX can work twice as fast with the same implements. If you want to use larger ones, that increases the costs. There are less parts on the L. All else being equal it...

    New phone suggestions?

I was Android only for a long time. However, iPhone has much longer support. You don’t have to buy the newest model and the unlocked versions give you flexibility to change carriers at will.

What is the perfect tractor for you, if you could have any tractor you wanted, and why?

For most of us who researched before buying, we have the perfect tractor for all different reasons. My L2501HST has enough power, economical and should be durable as a non-DPF tractor for a very long time. If you throw out durability and economy, there is no doubt that I'd buy a MX6000 with a...

    Engine swap on L2501

You probably could, but I'd remove the injection pump spacer instead. Note: I haven't done this, but it's temping to do sometime in the future.

Does a Rear Blade Exist that Does All This?

Cool, but my post was 3 1/2 months ago. Maybe you always wait that long to buy. Maybe OP hasn’t bought yet.

I despise buying home appliances such as refrigerators!

From all I've heard, they don't make them like they used to. They seem to be more disposable than repairable.

    Cheater, cheater.........

I’m not sure what the machine does. Is it just something to rotate the material? If so, it looks like a small piece would work fine, but what about a large irregular length piece?
