    Toothbar questions

The head/squared portion of the carriage/ fender bolt would get indexed to the tooth bar only. One wrench and less to get worn/beat on the inside of the bucket. The install also looks cleaner.

Salesman gave me a Free Hat.

The driver had the tractor PART of the rollback. Nope, that was the first thing I checked.

Salesman gave me a Free Hat.

The Salesman sent another hat with the delivery of my tractor today. The tractor was already leaking hydraulic fluid. Fairly easy fix behind the left rear wheel. On another note, it took 2.5 rolls of shop towels to wipe off all the excess grease. I wasn't too happy about that mess!!

    Moving heavy trailer with BX

Add more weight to the tractor, front and back. I've moved a 20ft tilt deck with a JD x739 (flat ground) MANY times without electric brakes connected and without an issue. I'll be doing the same with my BX23s.

Modifying seat on a BX ?

Due to a hand injury, my 23s doubles as the Harley I planned to be riding across the countryside at this time in my life.

I wouldn't even consider an SSQA Snow Plow Blade a wise idea in a "Dozer" application.

You might also look into the air wedge. The one I have is about 4" × 10". They work real well.

Once my 23s arrives, rubber pads are on the list to make.

He probably bought it after he got a Kubota Tattoo. 🤣🤣🤣

Salesman gave me a Free Hat.

My favorite hat style, Vietnam Era, U.S. Enlisted type. Soft, pliable, I can wad it up and stuff it in any pocket. To put it on, grab the bill....give it a snap to open the hat up....toss it on. They're one of the most comfortable hats I've ever worn.

I likely won't wear the Kubota hat, just another added to the rest I don't wear. I do wear billed hats, but they have to have a short/narrow bill. Seems like most places don't hand those out much, or they're too cheap to buy a stylish hat.

    Backhoe pin MIA

I'll take your word for it. After seeing this thread (when mine gets here) I'll be looking it over for a solution. Losing a pin would not be good at any time, except down time.

    Backhoe pin MIA

What about adding a cable lanyard, that stays fast on the backhoe?
