I see some migrating geese here in NY, but over the past 20 years or so we have had a lot of them who simply stay all year as long as they can find open water and food. They are a real problem in some parks and golf courses.

As far as I know, the advantage of an AGM over a simple lead acid battery is that an AGM will not spill if it tips over. That is a good thing for motorcycles and airplanes, but should not be necessary for a tractor.

I also use the Lucas X-tra HD. It is water resistant and that's important to me because I have been digging in wet locations and because my tractor stays outside in the weather.
