Land Pride won't warranty SCG1060 on an MX6000

Either look at the 15 series Land Pride or one of the other options like Homestead or Virnig unless you wanna wait for an EA.

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

Not a bad day. Cleaned all the mud off the Kubota and finally finished cleaning up the auxiliary LED wiring. Also just quickly drove around the ruts I made when the ground was soft. Not perfect but much better. Once the grass starts really growing it’ll fill in fine. Supposed to get more rain...

    Grapple for a B26

Yes, a v30. The 60” is 300 pounds, the 54” is 255. I got the 60” due to it being a bit more sturdy with some added gussets and I was willing to sacrifice the 45 pounds. Their other series (v60) are more skid steer geared I believe.

    Grapple for a B26

Aside from what you are considering Homestead and Virnig are other brands to consider. My local dealer pricing on the Land Pride grapples made them cost prohibitive for me. I have a Virnig 60” on my LX2610 for cleaning up extensive tornado damage to the woods on my property. Zero regrets...

Brand New LP SGC0554 Hydro Leak

I’d loosen the line completely (after being sure pressure is relieved) and see if the fitting mating surfaces are damaged or dirty. If dirty just clean and reassemble. If damaged then contact the dealer and go from there. Either way shouldn’t be too difficult to get corrected. Are you sure it...

    Buying my first Tractor

I found my dealer’s prices to be a bit on the high side as well for implements so I just got the tractor/loader and sourced the 3rd function and grapple elsewhere for some decent savings.

    Size doesn't matter? Since when?

I am horrible with motivation but excellent with responsibility so we bought our hobby farm and have animal plans (miniature donkeys) partly to keep active once retirement hits.

    Size doesn't matter? Since when?

I’m gonna be a jerk here (not a first time) and say that nothing on your list of chores screams for the need of a large tractor. If you have the plans for spearing hay bales then disregard but when I had horses I found square bales much more convenient. For a hobby farm where you say you will...

Removing 17mm Threaded Freeze Plug from Kubota M8200

I have a 4’ breaker bar (3/4”) that I used to break mine free. With that it took a little grunt but nothing crazy. No heat or penetrating oil shenanigans.

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

I went right of the battery with a relay. A 12 awg kit was $20. I didn’t want to splice anything into the factory wiring. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06XZ2BSNQ?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

Got my auxiliary LEDs wired up. I gotta pick up some more wire loom to be completely finished but it’s 95% done. $50 total investment. Not bad.

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

Definitely have them look at it BUT I tweaked mine by hand a little when I did the install to get ‘em even. Took about 3 seconds. Also, make sure to get some caps for whatever fittings you end up with for your 3rd function. If you get ‘em after (like this idiot) you have to take the fittings...

    ROPS Light Bracket Help

Where my ROPs fold there is a bracket with a welded nut. I modified the bracket that came with my LEDs to accept a bolt that threads into that nut. Then just added a jam nut to hold aim. Simple, sturdy and cheap.

No tips really. I have a giant drain pan I put underneath after I made sure it was washed out. My tractor was unused by me at that point so still clean. I dumped it from the drain pan into a jug through a paint filter then back into the radiator. The nice thing about the petcock location is...

I’m wiring up my auxiliary LED lights today and took a look at the block heater. The drain valve is just under the block heater. You can’t see it in this pic because the little orange wiring boot blocks it. I tried getting a better pic but none of them really helped. You can’t miss it.

I only did it a month ago and I don’t 100% remember where I drained from. I think there was a drain right by the block heater. It was obvious, wherever it was, when I went to do the job. The FEL wasn’t in the way. The only “humphhhh” was that there is some wiring that runs kinda snug right next...

I bought the Kubota block heater from Amazon…… Kubota 70000-73274 Block Heater https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00CSBU7FC?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share Install was a snap except I had to go tighter than I expected before it stopped leaking. That was with thread sealer properly applied BTW.
