Any HVAC guys here? (Calibrate used unit)

Didn't change the drier as the evap and the condenser were a pair and are still a pair.... guy had it hooked up, wired up and ready to go sitting on a pallet as a spare. Had It hooked up so he could occasionally test it to be sure it was ready to go. Drier does not have a temp change across it...

Any HVAC guys here? (Calibrate used unit)

Seems the current one is either too far closed or too far open. Dosen't want to get in the right zone.

Any HVAC guys here? (Calibrate used unit)

So long story short I'm a bit of a tinkerer and also a farmer so have to know many skills anyways.... I needed a new cooling unit to keep my cranberry room around 40-50F for packing time and for cold storage of certain things that don't like the temp of the normal coolers. I found a great deal...

    Screaming belt on M5N-091

Just alot to do and that tractor never stops much. I got time to tighten the belt more.... although it's like a guitar string and still occasionally slips.

    Screaming belt on M5N-091

That's the thing, they actually are related. If they are plugged then the coil in the cab freezes up and then liquid gas returns to the suction side of the compressor causing a large load increase which slips the belt if it's at all slack.

    Screaming belt on M5N-091

Were both wrong, what I'm looking at is an idler to prevent belt flutter, that's why it's not adjustable. The tensioner is in a different spot lol. I'm gunna check for plugged cabin air filter too that could be slugging the compressor.

    Screaming belt on M5N-091

Nothing too serious just odd..... the belt that runs the alternator and AC pump is screaming sometimes but not always. 99% sure it's that one as the other one runs the fan and water pump and Is pretty unlikely to slip. I think it's slipping on the AC pump and what's odd is by the AC pump there...

    Greenhouse Plumbing curiosity normal pressure?

Fox wire? Also it has very few joints, the main one being whare it was extended at one point. My dad dosen't remember if he was able to get a roll that long or if it needed a joint. I suspect theres 2 plus the T that sends a line to the switch and pressure tank. I used a few online calculators...

So around the farm there is a ton of repairs and matinance to do of various things. One recent thing is pump issues with the submersible pump in my resivoir that feeds the greenhouse. Ts100 botched clutch job or minor adjustments?

We had a clutch put in our old ts100 over the winter as the previous one was worn. Lots of hours and it's 3rd clutch but it has been used for alot of digging too but nothing crazy just alot of heavy loading. When it came back from repair it had a very grabby clutch. I figured it would wear in...

    8N impressed me.. ..Water pump

I need a new oil pressure spring and plug. I can literally get 100PSI if I shim the spring but if I shim it to get 50 it drops to 20 under high load once it heats. Springs not doing spring things! Makes me wonder though.... this old engine the pump can make 100psi.... an engine that can't...
