    Future purchasing curiosities?

Yea the ts100 has loaded tires and we put a 55gallon concrete weight on the back when we plow snow, weight makes up for it's lower power. Other hand though it is alwayssss soo heavy that it sucks for anything other than loader work or plowing snow. Even with the weight off, all good information...

John deere 7130 stuck in 4wd? Off topic?

It actually wasn't full of dirt, the stick went in it like a little plug and came out in one piece so it was all good :) the little num for holding it in is gone but it seems pretty solid as is. So glad it's fixed, that has been a great tractor and driving around on hard ground in 4wd is not great.

    Future purchasing curiosities?

This year we replaced our 4-6 year old, dead, 5083en with an M5-091 narrow. It was not somthing we expected to do but sofar we love the new kubota. The tractor that needed to be replaced but for now we actually successfully fixed up a fair bit decently to get us a few more years out of it is a...

John deere 7130 stuck in 4wd? Off topic?

I think this would be considered off topic, we have a JD 7130 that is stuck in 4wd because a stick got up near the 4wd selenoid and did somthing. I have no idea which wire or even which selenoid controls the 4wd on this tractor but I hate having it stuck in 4wd. Deere will be along to fix it in...

    Water in Hydraulic fluid

I had a tractor that did that, water in fluid so bad that the main transmission hydraulic pump would not allow it to go in gear, could sense the fluid was bad. It ended up being a manufacturing defeat tiny crack in the transmission casing. It was a deere but still, likely not that severe in your...

    Best snow plow angle?

I got more angle, full right and a bit more left, seems to be enough to the right to do the job. It is a very solid very homemade rig,

    Best snow plow angle?

This plow is on an m5-095 narrow series... 95 or 91? I forget now. But it's a fantastic tractor sofar. I love my 3rd function toggle.

    Best snow plow angle?

Compact tractors can really do alot, way more than I ever expected. I have full sized tractors but I know alot of people with the compacts that do a ton with them.

    Best snow plow angle?

That's more the way I did mine with the large longer cylinders, our big plow is weird, short cyliders almost parallel with the blade, but it works good so whatever works. Yea plows have been hard at work lately haha. Good thing about this home built one I'm always tinkering with is it's very...

    Best snow plow angle?

Yea the splitting the difference is whare i mess up. Cylinders are too long as well which is part of it, if i move the left mount in ill get full right all the way to the stop and partial left so I may do that. I don't usually drive down the left side of the road lol. I'm all out of acetylene...

    Best snow plow angle?

I guess maybe I should have tack welded and experimented rather than welding it solid as soon as I think it's correct

    Best snow plow angle?

Oh no the plow itself can go full both ways I'm just bad at figuring out exactly whare to weld the mounts so that the cylinders can make it go full both ways. Our other tractor plow is a purchased commercial grade plow, although it uses really short cylinders close to the pivot point. It works...

    Best snow plow angle?

So 6 or so years ago I took an old snow plow that we had not used in forever and was sitting blocking an old bridge and made it useful for the additional loader tractor we had purchased. I added power angle which took a bit to get correct and a relif valve for if I hit somthing like a hard pile...

    New MSN-091, curious of things.

I'm in the same boat, not power, no heat and in the spring that includes all the greenhouses. If it's a mid summer hurricane I have to hook up one of the walk in coolers to it as well and that's big load haha. I always check on it alot anyway. Gen gear box temp, fuel level, engine temp, gen...
