Is There An Advantage To Getting A Factory Third Function?

I have a 2019 BX1880 with a dealer installed Land Pride 3rd function kit that has two buttons on the joystick handle in order to open and close (in my case) the grapple claw. I have 3 functions available all of the time. When I remove my FEL, I have to disconnect the standard 4 hose quick...

Inner ball joint boot replacement for a B2601 or B2301

I replaced one of the inner boots today on my 250 hr BX1880 that had been previously replaced by the dealer under warranty. In my opinion, the Bota Products boot is better than nothing. It is not retained on the large end and it is not flexible enough to act as boot. It is barely fixed on the...

    Sealing concrete leak?

I don't know if this will solve your problem but is cheap enough and easy to apply that might be worth a try. I had to use this to seal my daughter's house walls after the 4 hurricanes that hit Florida in 2004. The builder was too cheap to prime the house before painting and the paint coat was...

A question for the PC techs...

(y)I don't see why not. I have been replacing several several old SATA HD's with CX2's to keep old computers "usable with Win 10". The latest one was an HP laptop originally running Windows Vista and its usable now other than somewhat CPU limited when watching You Tube videos. Its mostly due to...

Checking fluid in front axle - BX1880

If the yellow plug/dipstick is that tight, your axle is already low on oil. I had to pull mine the first time with a vise grip. after adding oil (per the manual) and the o ring on the dipstick got wet with oil, no more problems. Some wiggling and out comes the dipstick every time.

    Bx2380 started on its own

It seems that they did not do very good troubleshooting the first time around. They just replaced the obviously perished starter motor but did not look for the cause of problem. I agree with GSD-Keegan, the ring gear might have seen the equivalent of zillion starts and the second starter might...

Some jobs have more risk than others

Yes, I spent almost 32 years seeing cool stuff (and some not so pleasant). We are still getting some thrills, last night, Space X launched a Falcon Heavy. Even with the clouds we could see the vehicle go up and the side boosters separate then their short reentry burn. We could not see the...

This does not make any sense....

What I was wondering is if they decided to go high tech with a new radical clutch design using lithium ion batteries for the friction material and a pneumatic clutch actuator using isobutane to keep it cool. :eek:o_O:ROFLMAO:
