    3 foot wide wheel spacers!

I get tired of hearing about people’s 6 inch spacers are not good. Well what about cage wheels? I have seen cage wheels over 4 foot wide. Someone must not of told these guys that that is not good on their axles!

    Buying Trailer Ramps

I purchased a set like this ratted at 10,000 from gen-y-hitch. Really expensive. Probably better off building a set of fold down steel ramps.

    LA525 joystick sticking

When you push UP on the joystick it has a detent that will put the loader into the “float” position. Push up and past the detent and it will stick in the float position. Is that what you are referring to?

Edge Tamers - NC 15 Inches of Snow

A 1/4 layer of snow or ice isn’t a problem on a gravel driveway. If you went to plow a blacktop drive you would lower your skids and scrape down to bare blacktop or would you leave a layer of snow or ice? Everyone I see plowing blacktop professionally scrape down to bare blacktop. I have never...

Edge Tamers - NC 15 Inches of Snow

Yes in Kentucky we don’t get enough snow to justify buying a plow either. I use my bucket and rear blade. I use the rear blade to scrape it up into a pile and the bucket to move the piles. I thought I mentioned the salt but I must of forgot. Yes salt will make up the layer of snow or ice the...

Edge Tamers - NC 15 Inches of Snow

on Pavement and blacktop you can scrape snow and ice off down to bare pavement or concrete. With the edge tamers it leaves a layer of snow or ice on the pavement or concrete. Last year we had about 1/4 inch of ice under several inch of snow and my neighbor used his edge tamers and could remove...

Edge Tamers - NC 15 Inches of Snow

These would be very useful for a gravel Drive but on blacktop or concrete they are a waste. They actually hurt you more than help you.

    R4 to R1?

Yea. My tires are loaded and I have 3 sets of wheel weights which is almost 400 pounds alone. The only reason I was considering r4’s was to prevent turf damage on side jobs. On my land I don’t care about the turf damage but when I work on other people property I feel bad about chewing up their yard.

    R4 to R1?

No problem. I forgot that my wheel weighs about adjustable stabilizers won’t work with r4 tires anyway. I have hills around here that I am afraid r4s will not get me up and down the hill safely wet or dry. I am still undecided on if I should get r4s but I am sure if I decide too I won’t have a...

    HST vs Gear drive

Lock the brakes hard and stomp the HST pedal. You will hear the whine people refer. When I use my l2501 I use the proper range and hear no whine, it will spin tires before it whines. People don’t understand that the HST pedal is like a gear shifter. Tractor whining real bad? Select low range...

what amp fuse is on the rear work light circuit on a BX for ROPS lights?

Wow they but be some big led lights. I would like to see the setup. I have enough lights bars on mine to light up the whole field and they don’t draw that many amps.
