LED headlight bulbs for Kubota B7500

Can anyone point me to a LED plug-in replacement to the headlight bulbs that came with my 2003 Kubota B7500? The OEM headlight bulbs are 15 watt medium (intermediate) base, single contact, bayonet type incandescents, also known as BA15s. They are the same configuration as 1156 automotive...

    B7500/7510 question

I agree! My B7500 will be 10 years old this coming June. It has almost 1,500 hours, with no repairs - except to repair owner/operator inflicted damage. I use it to brush hog, rough mow, finish mow, snow plow and move bulk materials. I keep up with the recommended maintenance schedule, and...

    Headlight question

trouble11 - My B7500 headlights use the 1156 bulb, which is the single filament, single contact version of the 1157 bulb. I am also looking for an LED replacement, with a single contact bayonet medium base. I have seen 1156 & 1157 LEDs, but I want a bulb with more light output - as much light...

    Has anyone used this?

Mike_B - I've noticed that there seems to be a slight vacuum on the dipstick tube on my B7500. The first reading is often lower than a second reading. So, I pull the dipstick out once, wipe it off, reinsert it, and pull I out a second time before reading the fluid level. I have almost 1,450...

    B7510 Temperature Guage

oldpoo - My 2003 B7500 HSD-R has almost 1,450 hours and normally reads just above the "C" also. On a very hot day, under heavy load, a little warmer. When the needle reads about 1/2, I know the radiator screen is getting plugged. Then I watch the gauge like a hawk!

What are some shade options for a BX tractor???

Mystro - Lots of pictures in the link below. See posts #20, 21, 22, 23, 31, 32, 33, and 34. Also good comments on Tufftop and other canopies. http://www.tractorbynet.com/forums/customization/84804-tractor-canopy.html My Tufftop is the XLR-52 (aka XL-48). It is 48" wide x 52" long. I...

What are some shade options for a BX tractor???

I have a TuffTop on my B7500. Mine has served me very well. It makes quite a difference in comfort on sunny days and provides some protection from rain and snow. The TuffTop was one of the more reasonably priced canopies when I bought in several years ago. www.tufftop.net

B7500 HSD with RCK60-24B mower deck won't lift high enough

tthorson - I had the same problem with my B7500 and RCK60-24B. My problem was with the adjustment of the rear connecting rods. I am attaching two threads from TractorByNet that describe the problem and adjustment...

B7500 Overheating after 30 mins mowing

Dave1117 - My 2003 B7500 HSD-R does the same thing when mowing, especially when the grass is dry. When my temperature gets near the high end red area, I idle down the engine, remove and clean the front grille, remove and clean the screen in front of the radiator, remove and clean the shutter...

    Adding/checking B7510 hydraulic fluid

mwilliams6275 - I'm don't know about your B7510, but my B7500 (forerunner to the B7510) has a transmission fluid level dipstick located in front of the seat above and near the reverse direction foot pedal. The dipstick is a rather short yellow plastic stick with acceptable operating level...

    RCK60-24 B Mid Mower Removal ?

JBRoberts - The RCK60-24B is NOT a drive-over deck. Do NOT drive over it. I am just leaving, but I will try to send instructions later tonight, if someone else doesn't beat me to it. The procedure may be difficult to explain without the figures from the Operator's Manual.

    RCK60-24 B Mower Settings ?

JBRoberts -My cheat sheet is the decal on the top of the mmm. The mowing height ranges from 1.5” to 4”. The two front gauge wheel shafts have three holes labeled from top to bottom as A, B, C. The deck arm sleeves have two holes labeled from top to bottom as X and Y. The settings are...

Can anyone tell me the OEM stabilizer length for a B7500

440thumper - I have a 2003 B7500 HSD-R, but I don't recognize your terminology. My Operator's Manual shows a lifting rod (Left) that is fixed length; a lifting rod (Right) which is adjustable; two check chains (threaded rods); two turnbuckles; and two lower links (lower link arms in the ASC...

    B7500 PTO operation

Bob - I have a 2003 B7500 HSD and the PTO operates just as you describe. PTO position 1 (lever to rear) is rear pto only @ 540 rpm. Position 2 (lever to front) is both rear @ 960 rpm and mid @ 2500 rpm. Look in your Tractor Operating Manual for the PTO section. In my manual the lever...

FEL Do you leave it on all the time

brianc;40308 - I take my FEL on/off as needed, but for me that is not too often. It is on now for snow removal (w/rear blade). It will come off in the spring for mowing. During the summer it is off unless needed for a particular task, and then back off. I will mow wide open spaces such as the...

Snow Removal - Front Blade vs. Rear Blade

Dave - I think initial cost is also a major consideration. A rear blade at $500 to $1,000 is a lot less expensive than a front blade at $2,500 to $3,000. A front blade is also generally tractor brand and model-specific, while a rear blade can be moved from tractor to tractor.

Rear Wheel very loose, wobbles, slides around on axle.

pvk - The Kubota P/N for the "Pin Wheel Tube" (clevis pin) is 63733-17270 and the "Pin" (hairpin cotter) is 62131-17290. The clevis pin diameter measures 0.37", so it is close to 3/8". The useable length (underside of head to closest part of cross hole) measures 2.67". The clevis pin fits...

Rear Wheel very loose, wobbles, slides around on axle.

pvk - Sorry, but I don't think the missing pins are your only problem! As I remember, the pins fit loose into the hub & axle holes and would not prevent wobble. I think they set tread width only. You need to look at the pinch bolt, lock washer, nut and the (2) cotters that the bolt goes...
