Just like the tractor, I'm keeping both in 4wd. Otherwise, I might forget and end up sliding downhill in 2wd.

Used it today for the first time. Filled the tank first and then the 2 of us rode down the hill and loaded 4 loads of wood too big or too dirty to chip over to a gully. Found out where to H and L. Doesn't turn quite as sharply as the tractor but feels less tippy.

Your tractor could handle the WC68 fine. It's a tad heavy on hills for a B, but the B just loafs along on our WC48 as did the JD 2025R before.

I sold our 9 1/2 year old Frontier RC2048. Plan to buy a 4 foot Landpride and possibly also a Kubota RTV 520 from Beverage Tractor just over the mountain from us here in Charlottesville. Anything I should know about the Landpride, maybe a Woods instead?

I've nothing against CVTs, but I do not like the freewheeling they allow on the RTVs. I've just ordered a Maverick hybrid, which uses a CVT.

Looks as though the best value is Massimo ones at TSC or Lowes. Come with winches, etc. for about $10k. Still, I'm about settled on the Kubota 520.
