On my L6060 hstc it is 14 1/2 inches high, plus 3/4 for a tab, and 12 1/8 wide. It is finer than the rad screen.

Take the other one out to use as a pattern. Just make sure you get the correct grade and thread pitch, along with the proper diameter and length.

My L6060 is the same way. The curl linkage/pins are too close to the hinge pins. They are designed this way to keep people who don't know what they are doing from damaging the equipment. It also gives more curl travel.

It's a long way from new, but it's not all beat to death either, just honest wear. I remember those or something very similar being sold in the 90's.

Looks like cat 1 to me. measure the pins to make sure. Cat one lower pins are 7/8, top link is 3/4. If the oil in the gear box looks good, and no leaks around the main shaft and no other obvious faults, then for 475, it's should be a good deal.

In a few inches, just like winter car tires they do great. On my 24hp, any thing less than 4-5 inches, they do great.

MUD. Turfs don't do well in mud, they fill full. Dry conditions they do well, but not in mud. Lots of people seem to like the R14's.

A LX2610 cab tractor would be a great machine. That way you get heat and a/c. Front mounted snow blowers are great to, compared to rear mounted ones. Turf tires actually do quite well in snow, just like car snow tires that have lots of fine tread.

Is there a gap between the hub and to nut ? If so then you need more force/larger puller and maybe some heat. Also a sharp hit helps, even a air hammer with a blunt tip will help.

When you say spin, do you mean spin the hub on the axle or spin the hub/axle assy.

Your best bet would be to tag/identify each line, then take them off and go to a hyd hose shop and use the old hoses as patterns for the new ones. Cheaper, easier, faster. Just make sure you do a good job labeling the old ones for correct install of the new ones. Lots of bad things can happen...

So why do you need tracks for a rubber tired tractor ?

Chances are the pump is just wore out, and there is more internal leakage than the seal can handle. I am thinking he will notice quite a performance improvement with the new pump.

Nice looking old rig. Have you considered the new R14's, lots of people seem to like them. I don't know if you can get them in your sizes. As far as your rims go, I would just redo your rims. But just like the rims, tires are more of a personal choice, than right or wrong.

There is a box that Kubota calls "tank (reserve fuel)" tied into the supply, it is after the electric fuel pump and check valve. You may want to check that. Also the engine draws fuel from the left tank, which has a pick up screen in it. That would also be something to remove and check. Please...
