Have you checked to see if your pto levers are in correct position? Have you moved your hst pedal to see if that is in the neutral position? I have hit the pto lever with the seat as I swivel it around, and then my B3200 will die. Hope this helps, and good luck.:D

Have you looked at the Kubota Bh77? It might be easier to fitup than the Woods.
