So that's 3/4. Not 3/8. Sounds like this sleeve might work: https://www.amazon.ca/1V0208-Beyond-Sleeve-overall-Length/dp/B07BBWL71S/ But I'm obviously not gonna spend 60$

    Need info about valves

That was fast. I got it today. So it's a vevor, even though amazon said morphon. I guess it really doesn't matter. The ports are all the same size. So I'll try to see if I can get a PB sleeve at local hydro shops around here.

    Need info about valves

No idea. But they used to be cheaper. I paid 120CAD for the 1spool version last year. It's now 200$. Everything went up very high at princess auto lately.

Correct. I have one of those bm40 that I bought at princess last year. The side ia where you put the PB sleeve and the T port is on top.

@TheOldHokie , you always suceed in providing top-notch information in these threads. Thanks a lot. I'll try to find a sleeve for that valve and check if maybe the ones at princess would work. You get free returns at amazon so I can try it out.

    Need info about valves

Hi, I'm looking at getting a 2 spool valve with power beyond. I found this: https://www.amazon.ca/gp/aw/d/B07SPBWGKB#Ask 100$cad is very cheap so I'm not sure why that could be. PrincessAuto will sell them for at least 300$. Any concerns? Also, it is not clear if PB is available on this one...

    Impressed with the BX capabilities!

I had a bx23s before and traded in for a b2601 2y later. I was very impressed with the bx. The only reason I changed tractor was because I could. I mean, if you have enough money to buy bigger then go at it. But not too big either. I always wanted a L2501 but it's way too big for my land. So...

    Another aux valve thread

Last year I posted about a project where I rigged something up to get a rear valve hooked up on my backhoe's hydro lines. This works fine but it obviously means that the backhoe can't be used while the valve is hooked up. So I'm not thinking about making a permanent installation. I believe my...

    Backhoe / Snowblower dolly

You're right. But it doesn't bow at all while I'm applying pressure. It probably will over time though. We'll see.

Actually, instead of chalking it on driveway: build one as best you can. Then use it as a template. Nail each new 2x4 over the template and then make sure it aligns perfectly before putting toe nails. This way you'll have identical trusses. It doesnt really mattrr if your truss is ugly, what...

Yeah, it's a good thing to build them yourself. You'll save a lot. But it requires more patience.

    B2601 Rotary Tiller suggestions

@B737, that's a fine garden space. May I ask what you're growing there? And how do you deal with weeds and keeping everything "clean" during growing season?

advise on shed roof trusses diy

FWIW: I built a garage this summer and ordered trusses. They were factory made and approved by an engineer. I'm in a region where we get lots of snow. They are 30' long with a 6/12 pitch. All built with simple 2x4s. I have 1 truss every 24". I actually had to build and extra one myself since my...

    Backhoe / Snowblower dolly

I've seen a few people build dollies for their BH and I'd like to build one too. I have a few questions though. The dollies on bxpanded are for BX, but I have a BH70. About solidity, I'm worried about the force that will get applied on it while pushing down on it with the bucket when removing...

    Garage/Workshop Build

Project completed. I'm happy about how it turned out. A bit different from the initial plan from post #1, but I'm happy. Now the only thing left is to enjoy the last month of summer. Then, when comes fall, I'll probably be bored and will start to look for a new project. At least now, the...

    Garage/Workshop Build

That was a fun toy to play with! A bit cumbersome to detach the backhoe and put the 3ph on, the valve etc. But it beats having to mix 22 bags in a wheelbarrow. Even a kid can do it. Now the sidewalk is done. That was the last job. I'll post a picture of the the completed garage later this week.
