    Kubota Super utd fluid alternative

I'm not cheap and enjoy life. I do buy snobby beer, good booze, good wine, and SUDT2 as well as Kubota filters.....and I still have money left for other things! Why let the kids spend it all when you're gone.

Land Pride RTR 1266 PTO help

You do not have the clutch tight enough...it is slipping because of that, that's why it's smoking, it's slipping. This is all basic stuff and the owners manual needs to be read. I'm having zero problems when following the literature.

    L2501 RPMs

Simply listen to your tractor...if it bogs down up the rpm's, and no need to keep the L2501 screaming when not needed. It's fine running at the capable rpm's and nothing more. Same as the drive train...run 2wd until you need to bump up to front assist 4wd.....your tractor will thank you and live...

Frustration with waiting on new Kubota order

The whole problem is that folks don't live below their means. If they did they would be saving money. One can become wealthy in this country if they do. Stop spending and start saving. If you have too many expenses cut here and there....don't blame the wage.

Quick video using my seat lift

Great job with the upgrades. Nothing like tractor time and being able to get some work done. I have a close friend that also is in a wheelchair. She takes care of a flock of chickens and gardens as well. You are a inspiration to us folks that can sometimes take things for granted from time to time.

    Giving away garden veggies

Good to hear you are feeding the soil Tornado. In my case I have two chicken coops that provide all my organic fertilizer, and I do side dress my potatoes with 10-10-10. They love the extra feed and really go crazy when we get a good rain shower. Good to hear the L2501 works well for you too.

    Giving away garden veggies

Slowing down here too, but have some late heirloom yellow paste tomatoes and another red heirloom variety just starting to yield. Gave 7 lbs of green beans and 8 green peppers to the office at church. At least the L2501 fel isn't full of tomato flats full of ripe maters. Yep, truly a bountiful...

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

Nothing better than home raised birds for eggs and meat. It's alot of work to keep and raise them, but the rewards of fresh eggs and meat are worth it to me. The l2501 with fel makes cleaning the coops easier for sure...beats the old wheel barrow method when I was young and broke, but could get...

I believe if you place your tractor in neutral you can get off the seat with the pto engaged. You must also tip the seat forward as soon as you leave it.

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

Here in our part of Wi fruitcakes regeneration is almost impossible with the deer population we have here. Lucky for you your woods can recover with that severe of a cutting. My daughter is a DNR forester here and says it is a serious problem for any new growth at all.....just sayin.

L2501 with or without 3pt. Hitch

My dealer is the best. I have a land pride RTA1258 for my L2501.....perfect fit....covers my tracks and is a beast....top quality and broke new ground ready for seeding with 3 passes. Buy cheap and cry later.....72" is too wide and not suitable for the 2501. Instead of upgrading the the 3 point...

I would buy new and enjoy the new tractor. Repairs will happen with 900 hours on the tractor, and serious problems are on the horizon in my opinion. If you have no problems with down time and repairs..... Enjoy a new machine, warranty and no problems....if you do it's covered. Don't listen to...
