There are a few youtubes that show how to do it. This is one of them.

I'm not sure what you mean by suggestions. Eat your Wheaties comes to mind. When playing with rear tires I try to set the tractor to the proper tire height. From there I'll use a 2 X 4 or some such under the tire set on something to act as a fulcrum such that a helper or I can lever the tire up as needed into position.

Thank you. I'll ck out the videos. I had read in the forum there where 3 ways to change the position of the rim/disk to increase the width of the rear tread on the L2501. Wondered if anyone had done this and how they did it. Photo shows what the set up is now.

Jack your tractor up and move the tires from one side to the other.
Looks to me like the wheel has to be rotated (reversed) on the center section, then moved to the other side to get the tread orientation right...x2...

When I first got my tractor I jack it up and moved my R1 tires front and rear from one side to the other before adding water to them. I gained more stability and traction.

When I told my dealer that I wanted my R1's to the widest track.....he told me, all are set to the widest with R1's.....that's how we sell them. Nothing better than a great dealer....I have one of the best! Keeps being a owner fun!
