What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

Thanks. I had all the metal parts on the tractor and blower blasted and powder coated a couple of years ago. Also repainted the hood and installed new decals and non-slip pads on the foot rest areas. I scrubbed the cab panels which brightened them up a lot. Even though it's over 30 years old, I...

I have one too, a 1991 model I bought in 1993. Permanently relegated to snow removal though.

Mower blade - how to repair suggestions

Ah, 17,000 ft/sec is 11,580 mph. I figured out that if it's a 20 inch blade running at 2500 rpm, that makes the tip spee

Judging from some of his recent posts on TBN, he'll be getting banned there before long. Some people just don't have the ability to discern that THEY are the problem, not everyone else.

Mower blade - how to repair suggestions

Actually, it's a 20lb propane bottle that Dad had converted to an air tank. I already have a couple air tanks, to I cut it in two and made a couple of planters for the GF.

Mower blade - how to repair suggestions

One is a Folgers and the other one is a Maxwell I think. Got them from Dad's garage after he passed a few years ago. I've used ICBINB for a long time, still prefer butter, but I don't need all the fat in it. Sweet corn still gets the real stuff though. All those tubs came from my hangar after I...

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

I would get casters with cast iron wheels, as the plastic wheels invariably get flat spots making them a pain to move.

Electrical damage caused by rodent 2004 Kubota B7610

That doesn't look all that bad to me, there is wire extending out of the connector for all the wires. Some solder, wire and shrink tube will fix that up no problem. I've successfully fixed much worse messes than that.

Mower blade - how to repair suggestions

I have had one of those for years, but none of the steps fit the hole in my Kubota blades, so I 3D printed an arbor that holds a couple of small bearings that have no grease in them to cause drag, and a threaded pilot the fits the hole in the blade snugly, with a 3D printed wing nut to hold the...

    BX2200D grill guard

Thanks, but it's not for sale. I've been thinking of making one a little different for it. If I do I'll let you know.

    BX2200D grill guard

Here's what I fabricated for my BX. I had the tubing bent and I welded it together. I had the Kubota logo made a eMachineshop.com out of 1/8" steel. Bought the steel mesh from McMaster-Carr.

    Air chuck on filter housing

That's where you can attach a restriction gauge to show when the air filter gets plugged. I used that same filter housing on my Yanmar genset and attached a restriction indicator there.

    Roundabouts

I never saw one of those crossovers before I went to Sarasota last fall. When I first saw it, I wondered WTF?

    AMAZING!

We had a pretty good storm here early this morning with 50-60 mph winds. While I was out running errands, I noticed several gardens that had sweet corn blown down. Didn't see any field corn damage though. With all the rain we have had in the last three weeks or so, the corn across the road from...
