Slide On fork receiver hitch problem

This is a good point since too light tongue weight can lift the tractor rear tires off the ground or even flip the tractor over if the towing center is above the level of the draw bar or pto. Once the trailer is hooked up and lifted we run a chain over the hitch and hooked with a sliphook to a...

    Bent mower deck

That can be bent back with a Stilton wrench. I’ve seen people cut the bent skids on a bush hog back to get clearance with a grinder or sawzall but they are a lot thicker than that lip and too thick to bend back

Get the Land Pride forks. You might consider getting the 48" forks, they are more useful than the shorter ones. No need to be locked into the Artillian system. If you get a grapple its not going to be their version because there are much better ones available I do recommend going with an...

    MX5200 HST recall

Here is a pic of the repair on a GL. Parts needed are 2 gaskets, sounds like the MX gaskets are available, the GL ones on back order. One poster said if the bolt loosens the HST will act like in neutral, so it may not be catastrophic failure issue

I’m seeing FB posts from people who got letters from Kubota about a possible loose bolt in the HST for 2019 delivered MX models. Ours is a 2019 delivery date MX5800. I don’t see anything on the Kubota website about it. Anyone else heard of this?

    MX5800 water pipe info

The rubber hose got punctured towards the ERG end (slow leak, not repairable) so both of the metal pipe ends are fine, it got cut by a pointed cutoff sapling while clearing some brush. Fortunately all of our tree thinning and cleanup is now finished on both farms so we can focus on things that...
