Trailering my L3560 LE 800 miles…my set up. ** New photos**

Sorry, long post... Your set up looks pretty good, even at max rating of the trailer. As long as you cinch up your straps every few hundred miles, keep an eye on her in your rear view, and no trailer sway ..... and carry a spare tire for the trailer. Especially since your rolling at max...

Anyone have an idea what these holes were designed to do?

Make sure to try it with a Sapporo or Asahi or similar Japanese beer.. it is a Japanese tractor afterall. Bud Light definitely won't work out.

The doors are backwards. "Suicide doors". The reverse of a modern day card door.

I don't agree or understand the comments about the doors blowing open. Did you guys and gals know that they are suicide doors? The Hinge is in the back of the cab, the latch and handle in front. Backing onto the trailer should prevent the doors blowing open as mentioned. Unless I'm missing...

Anyone have an idea what these holes were designed to do?

Could be. Or for a 4 in 1 bucket. But I'm thinking that it's a jig alignment hole used in production.

Oh. And put your Kubota in 4WD and parking brake on. Nice tractor. Btw.

Looks good too me. You have enough truck. If I saw you going down the road my first thought would be: "Not enough trailer". But you read the specs and did the math, so I guess that your good. But you're at max. As trial and error said keep some decent tongue weight. If you see or feel any...

    The dreaded post hole auger

Bigger tractor. Very expensive. Or hire a profession landscaper - post holer. A few hundred bucks... or so. (And watch them come out and do it with B7100 and a 3 point PHD. That would be my luck)... Ha!!! How many holes do you need?

Anyone have an idea what these holes were designed to do?

Bottle cap openers. Gotta krack open a beer between implement change-overs. 🙂

    The dreaded post hole auger

Hmm. That's too bad. Picture had me realize it's on a B7100. Take your shoulder destroying hand held auger, and fab a mount for it to mount to your loader. To the bucket, or forks, etc. Bolt that sucker on. Start it's little motor and go to town. Drill some holes in your forks and clamp...

    Drilling a LA525 loader frame

I don't think drilling and tapping is the issue. No paranoia. Just easier solutions to mount something that weighs a couple pounds at most. Heavy zip ties or worm screw pipe clamps and pvc pipe, magnets, velcro. Drill away and tap away. Hit nothing vital. But there's easier ways.

    Drilling a LA525 loader frame

Another magnet vote here. Attach a couple moderately strong magnets to your cane, and set your cane right on top of the hood. You'll see it if it falls off, it's right in front of you. Yeah, you'll eventually scratch the hood. But it's a tractor, not a Ferrari. So what. Glad to hear that...

    Yellow Dipstick

A simple spring steel dipstick works. It has since we neeeded dipsticks to check oil levels in machines. Manufacturers are finding ways to save money, and producing a more difficult and deficient product for the consumer.

Yeah, it took me a second read of your post to see the dry humor. Good luck with your PHD. Let us know how it goes.
