    I need your help!

Sounds like it has come down to a size issue and it doesn't sound like your 7100 will do the job. Given the limitations of a tracked excavator, you have no real choice. That, or turn down jobs that are too tight and have more time for golf. :)

SURVEY: Chattering 3 Point (going up)

The question is: How long will our new valves last?

SURVEY: Chattering 3 Point (going up)

Many who experience this problem may have a valve body that has simply come "out of adjustment." My service tech showed me the valve body and the linkage to the actuator arm. If any of this linkage loosens up, it can cause the 3pt to fight itself on the way up. However, they replaced mine...

SURVEY: Chattering 3 Point (going up)

This is EXACTLY what will kill Kubota's reputation. When a dealer tells you, "You bought an entry level tractor so its function should be considered to be substandard," that is double speak for, "This is a substandard design and we won't stand behind it because we consider the jerky operation...

    A bold statement

In case Americans forgot what a strong leader looked like... My hope goes with the American people who know where we came from enough to know where we are going is just wrong. https://www.youtube.com/embed/rKsW6c_CgFY?feature=player_detailpage

    Dialing 911 on Cell Phone

Airplanes are very resilient. Systems are redundant and you'd have to be pretty lucky to hit a critical item. The scene in Goldfinger is not real at all. I am not saying let everyone be armed with firearms, just the basic edged weapons, like people used to carry for decades. We had ZERO...

B7100 HST project underway. Rough start...

Awesome project... You'll get 'er done -EVENTUALLY! And it will be better than before. For all you guys with dented sheet metal, don't forget your local body shop!!! I started out with a severely mashed hood and after a little body work ($300) I did a little paint and the guys at my dealer...

Snow blower vs Plow gravel driveway?

David, Here's a flick of a buddy in Ohio using his L3800 with shoes on the bucket lip. You can see them on the first frame before the video starts. His whole drive is gravel and he SWEARS by the shoes and just letting the bucket float. Much cheaper option. https://vimeo.com/120393613 Ray

    Doh!

Friend of mine was traveling with his wife and another couple in Germany in a rented VW diesel. They were getting 60 mpg and were just talking about it getting SUPER MILEAGE!!! when they whipped into a gas station and.... filled it up with petrol. DOH! It ran about as long as it took him to get...

L4310HST won't start / no response to key

Vandy, You prolly checked this already but.. I had nearly the same thing happen. Turns out, I had accidentally knocked the PTO select lever just "slightly" out of position and the thing wouldn't start. Also check you HST rocker pedal and make sure its centered... Hope you get it running...

    Let it snow!

Flight Attendant I worked with was a daughter of an Idaho potato farmer. She said they would get absolutely monstrously huge "mutant" potatoes after the cull. Usually, these would end up being ground up for other food products but she said the kids liked eating them the most so the father would...

    Dialing 911 on Cell Phone

Shaun! Its all they would let me travel with! Beats the big "zippo" regular are allowed to carry inflight today. I'll tell you, after you get used to traveling armed, traveling un-armed kinda makes you feel vulnerable. What a huge mistake but so typical of "big gubmint..." After 9-11, they...

Hello! This is my little lobster. L1501

Awesome photos!!! WELCOME from "Up Above!" :) Glad to see your little tractor being used for what it was meant for -as well as being taken care of -like they all should be. Enjoy it while you can because in just a very short time, that little ball of energy in the bucket full of "punkins" will...

Wonder how long this will go on before a class action suit gets filed against Apple... I agree completely. You want in my room, you better have a search warrant. There were several times I had people beating on my hotel doors completely oblivious both of where they were and that a .40...

First Oil Change - Now or Later?

dxhound, One of the diesel 'sperts here mentioned some manufacturers send their engines out filled with a specialized mineral oil designed for break in. Not sure if Kubota does but, 50 hours is plenty conservative. The previous owner on my nice little machine did nada/zippo/bupkiss/nothing for...

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

GaryL, That one picture, for me at least, captures the capability that a tractor with an FEL gives you. If the weather experts are right, that capability is going to become very valuable over the next few hundred years! Take good care of your tractor. It may become a very valuable family...

Rvt or silicon in hydro fluid?

When the dealer took to rear end top cover off to service my 3pt valve, the tech told me there is no seal for that plate cover. It's put on with RTV. You might have found some that dripped into the fluid. I am assuming your machine is new... or did the dealer ever have that cover off? Do you...
