questions regarding the purchase of a used BX25D

OP: I also agree with above, not the best price, but with todays market, it is what it is. If you don't buy it for 18,900, the next guy down the line will.

questions regarding the purchase of a used BX25D

Wow, you mean there's a tractor out there that's older than mine with less hours??? 🤡 For reference: Just over a year ago, right PRE COVID inflation and supply crunch, I paid 19K for my BX23S, which was 1K below sticker. I had another dealer quote me 21K, 1K above sticker. So yea, you are...

I've got a Quincy 60 gallon and a rapidair line kit throughout the garage. The kit leaks and I've done a few replacements here and there but gave up. I cut my inline regulator I put in to zero when not in use, that keeps the tank ready but no air and leaks in the lines............Yea not...

Custom rear forks for the BX 3 point hitch using a Titan receiver

  Critics might say not an ideal use of box steel, but hey, better than I could do, and if it works, more power to ya! Building it was probably half the fun.

Modding old gas log splitter to new BX23S

Found a non-running gas log splitter on CL for relatively cheap. Can I drop the motor off this thing, fab a 3 point hitch, get the right flat top connectors and hook it up to my backhoe hydraulics?

What does everyone collect or do for a hobby?

Guns 40's - 80's Jeeps Pint glasses None of which I have a whole lot of to brag about, but a few more than the average bear. Jeeps - I have parts to build about 3 1940's Willys, and about 3 Jeep CJ's, oh and 2 running CJ's. (need more!) Pint Glasses - Maybe 30-40 from around New England (need...

Sink Roots or Chase the Dollar?

Had the good fortune to be able to do both pretty much. Wife and I live in my home town, both working hard and making good money. We want to turn off the chasing the dollar part, but we live to a certain standard that we like, and that requires dollars most often. Happy to have sunk roots...

    BX FRONT snowblower operation

I've got a new front mount system last year on my BX23S, with K Connect system. 2816 is the model number if I had to guess but I forget... One year, New England winter, zero issues raising the blower while it's spinning. I did my 150 foot driveway, 1/2 my 1/2 acre field, and 3 neighbors...

    Which oil 10w-30 or 15w-40?

2020 BX 23S here New England/Western Mass 10w-30 I would not hesitate with the Rotella 5w-40 either, as I know its an amazing oil. 15w-40 seems a bit too thick for me. just my humble opinion.

    SGC0660 grapple

Thread Hijack: Similar set-up question, LP 0550 Grapple with Flat top connectors, brand new: One of the connectors presses right on, the other I always have to work it, press real hard, roll it all around the flat top for quite a few minutes before it presses on. Feels like backed up pressure...

    GPS Theft Protection

Also: If you have mini ex, do you have a business? Check your insurance policies, ask some questions. I've thought about this, driving down the road in a brand new truck, tractor and 4T trailer, well over $100K rolling load going down the road.........

Wood Splitter: Self-contained vs Tractor Powered?

Seems like such an easy contraption. I'm no hydraulics master but I thought about making one instead of paying $1000+ for one.
