    Concrete by the bucketft

I can think of a few advantages converting the old mixer to hydraulic: 1) portability, no need for generator if you are far away from electricity. 2) dumpability, and again portability, the ability to easily carry the load and use the stick to dump it anywhere you want. ie, there's no moving...

    Concrete by the bucketft

So what you are saying is, I should take my old Harbor Freight mixer out back with the broken electric motor, and retro-fit it to a quick attach hydraulic run motor off the front of my new Kubota? Genius!! Thank you. :geek: Now if I could just ever find the time to do this.

Another question about New BX23S .. Broken bolt on Backhoe

I emailed my dealer with what I found, and a pic, and mentioned there are many of us here talking about it. He simply said "grease it". Then he went on about something I think about a design change and that they meant to paint that zerk in question, for some reason I don't know, didn't make...

Another question about New BX23S .. Broken bolt on Backhoe

you're absolutely right. I'm a newB. They painted the zerk and the whole pin. My dealership tried to squeeze grease in there and it didn't go. It's plain to see now. I made the same mention in my new owner thread.

    New Owner -- New BX 23 S

Upon further inspection, I'm part of the bad batch. Wiped the grease zerk, mines painted too. Not only is the zerk painted, the WHOLE PIN IS PAINTED. How did Arlo Guthrie put it? This is a conspiracy! The factory messed up this batch of BT603's for sure. Take a look at this pick of my 3...

    Propane Grill Recommendations?

Happy with my Weber Genesis. A step down from your Summit I do believe, $800. I researched the Napoleans, read a bunch of bad reviews, decided to stick with the Weber as my last Genensis Silver B was 15 years old before I retired it.

    New Owner -- New BX 23 S

Yea, I'll be getting that toothbar. All I can think of is whacking my shin on it for some reason though. Ping: That is quite impressive, especially with the wiper and the rubber window surrounds. I've been building my own junk for 30+ years now, (not sure I'm as talented to build something...

Another question about New BX23S .. Broken bolt on Backhoe

:oops: Subscribed. Brand new BX 23 S owner here, 1.2 hours of FEL time, haven't even taken the travel pins out of the hoe yet. My dealer did in fact grease all the zerks from what I can see just by looking at it last night. I'm going to take a closer look at the OP's pics and see exactly...
