Phone videos usually exaggerates sounds so it's hard to tell. I can hear what you're likely hearing but my BX is kind of loud sounding at times. It's 2020 with only 57 hours but if I held a phone to it it might sound the same way. I would definitely change all fluids now though.. past due...

My iPhone does not show this.. and I think I just associated the red dot with lifetime members the way my phone places it. Oh well we know now!
