    bx2370 clunking fwd

Are you sure it's just in fwd when it does it? BX steering hydraulic cylinder gets slight play where it's mounted. It's very slight play on each end and I'm not sure you can hear it but you can definitely feel it. You can really feel it on a gravel drive. I think my BX only had 10-20 hours...

Age, Hours and Condition Vs what's a fair value

I think since 2017, so it's not as old as he thinks or it is a 70 series.

    BX Front Loader Bucket Question.

Someone posted about this a while back, I'm thinking it was a B series but would be basically the same. I have the Bxpanded tooth bar and pretty sure there would be no doubt it would still fit.

Are all BX Series 80 created equal?

I'm not sure since you have extra Steel going on down there with it being beefed up for the BH. Pic of mine mounted dunno if it helps any but I'll be going out there in a minute if you need measurements or more pics.

What to do with a 1997 Craftsman 917.258873

Lol I caught that too, I guess maybe he wasn't trying to sell to us . Lol I think my sales pitch was better! What a coincidence.. my dad bought this same exact tractor back in the earlier 70s and probably about that year. That tractor was so cool, and powerful! Hydrostatic, hydraulic deck...

What to do with a 1997 Craftsman 917.258873

I love the old wheel horse tractors, I bought a very nice older model when I moved in here 25 years ago. It was in great shape and was the real WheelHorse. My buddy has a craftsman very similar to yours that he just inherited from his father. I know he told me it's from the 90s and when I...

What to do with a 1997 Craftsman 917.258873

I would just advertise the tractor as being super clean for a 97 and has a deck that needs repairs to be functional. There are quite a few people out there that might just want it for pulling trailers, snow removal, kids/adults enjoyment, there's many uses for the tractor without the deck. I...

    BX24 winter cab build

I used that on my side x side in the rain, it works pretty good. I was able to splash water on the windshield when it got mud water on it and help wash it away. It's worth a shot!

    Pointless Upgrade?

Isn't each step up in series a larger more powerful hydraulics system? I know even though the BX 2680 has basically the same hp as the B 2601 the engine displacement is different and the hydraulic system is much more capable .

    Source for used BX parts?

Because a lot of people forget there down.. and like in your case, they are needed to get their mmm back on. As you.. if it's fixable I'll do my best but sometimes you just have to get new or fab. This is where manufactures and scalpers take advantage.. not all can or want to take the time to...

Bummer but this can very easily happen to anyone! Outrageous price on even used so this tells you it happens quite often.
