Third Function or Diverter on BX2350?

Well if I ever get a 3rd function I'll be coming back to this thread.. maybe it will help with my 2680. Been wanting a grapple for a while. Thanks for all the pics B737!

1.33 acres, heavily wooded and overgrown... Need advice on a tractor purchase!

I realize the difference, I'm just saying they show the same rear PTO hp.

    Spray on bed liner

This would have been my suggestion but I'm thinking he probably doesn't want the trouble of taking it apart. Though I'm not sure how much work it would be on the B series.

Upgraded Ballast Box / saw and gear carrier

Nice storage compartment, lunch seat and saw holder! and out of your scrap wood .. well done!

    Spray on bed liner

I would not glue it down, it will trap the moisture and rust for sure. I would just find some better grommets to hold it and maybe as you suggested.. more mounting holes. All else fails use bed liner!

advise on shed roof trusses diy

When you get a chance you should throw a gusset on that bottom cord where the upright 2x sits on it. This could be the last thing you do to the building.. scrap 2x, plywood or 1x unless you already have the metal gussets on them.👍

Need opinions on Looking at a couple tractors

From 10k to 19k offer? Why would anyone offer this much extra?? So now the guy wants 5k more than original price. 😏 Stick with his original price if you find it's worth it.. I know nothing about the green but I like em, just not as much as the orange.

advise on shed roof trusses diy

Do as Old Paint suggested and use some plywood gussets on your 2x4 joints where they meet and use plenty of nails or screws. Very important that you do this as this is what's going to stop any movement of the cords shifting where they meet each other.

advise on shed roof trusses diy

This is the best way to do it in my opinion. The top cords run over bottom cords for the wanted overhangs, plus it gives you options of how you want to do your underside soffits on your overhang. How you have it is the way I would prefer it. Are you saying you are spanning 9' out to out of...

Storm Cleanup and hung up limbs

Nice work Jeremy, and yes keep the pics coming.. always interesting watching the BX working. I ended up getting a receiver for front and rear of my BX for pulling on trees and limbs. Have not had a chance to try them out but now I have them when needed. Forks do come in handy for the large...

1.33 acres, heavily wooded and overgrown... Need advice on a tractor purchase!

I moved a couple hundred of these pavers and there extra thick.. I checked them at one time and I'm pretty sure 20lbs or over. I had three rows that's all that would fit at 420lbs or more, it lifted those easily enough I could have gone with more. My 3pt lifts my older 60" King Kutter BB 500lbs...

1.33 acres, heavily wooded and overgrown... Need advice on a tractor purchase!

Even though they may tell you it might be in the Spring could very well be the next Fall. I would definitely look around even if you have to rent a trailer to get it home. Since you've already checked out a BX and it seems small.. you won't be happy, always thinking you should have gone next...

1.33 acres, heavily wooded and overgrown... Need advice on a tractor purchase!

For a 1/4 acre I wouldn't spend that kind of money, I wasn't sure if you planned on trying to grow grass or just mulch everything. I've got over 50 fully mature trees and always picking up limbs. I do not use my tractor for this, I use my golf cart and a 4x8 trailer. But when the big stuff comes...

1.33 acres, heavily wooded and overgrown... Need advice on a tractor purchase!

If he's planning on seeding the area after cleaning out the unwanted trees and vines and such.. he's going to wish he had a ZT trimming around the rest of those trees.

1.33 acres, heavily wooded and overgrown... Need advice on a tractor purchase!

I've had the b7510 basically the new B series today for my 2 1/4 acres and although I wish I would have kept the 7510 ... there's nothing it did any better around my place than the BX. If I were you I would go for the 2680 or 2380. Really the only convenience of 2680 over 2380 is the higher...

    Cutter Died...Replaced

Looks like a pretty solid piece.. a little tweaking on the one angle brace. Maybe after straightening it you could bolt on a horizontal cross brace.

What nobody mentions about a BX

Thanks Mark.. I thought that was the name of it but wasn't sure and hadn't made it out there to check.
