mowing a fence line and a 16 acres of field tractor suggestions?

Round up will kill it--may take a couple of applications, but it will die. Once you have that done spray as needed. To me, that's your ONLY solution. An expensive cutting machine (pick one from above) will probably be more trouble than it is worth.

RDTH60 in good condition. Working -- SOLD

Called a local place and probably have it priced too high. They claim $900.00 is fair.

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

Forward Front Axle Support -- grease

So I was doing my 50 hour stuff this weekend--L4400HST 4WD. On my tractor I have a breather plug opposite the grease zerk. As per the instructions I (always) removed the breather port and started pumping grease. I noticed that not only was the grease coming out of the port but also above that...

    Schools

Yes!! (Not an attack on you @NHSleddog , generally speaking) 1. Parents elect the folks that decide what is going to be taught. 2. Parents can unite and CHANGE what is being taught. 3. Parents can demand that the school board teach what THEY want their kids to learn. 4. Parents can...

mowing a fence line and a 16 acres of field tractor suggestions?

Round up. I spray the fence line about 2 feet (you may not need that much) and it makes life easy. I also do this around our huge trees.

    3rd Function advice

Looking to add a grapple to my L4400HST. Been watching videos and it SEEMS like a pretty simple process to add the unit. My questions are: 1. Is the addition as simple as moving two hoses around (plus wiring)? 2. Is there a 'best' unit you folks have found and ones that have given...

Traded my L2501 HST for a Kioti DK4210SE

My wife and I moved to the country two years ago and needed a tractor immediately. I really liked the Kioti but in hind sight made the better choice as the Kioti dealer is no longer in business. Kubota and Deere dealers are still one mile from where they sat.

I'd take the local mechanic with you. Pay him for his time, video probably won't help him.

Get ready for the Grease Shortage

UPDATE: It will be five weeks Monday. Was told they would 'get to it' this week. My patients has run out--and if I must say so myself I believe I have been more than patient. I'm going up there Monday to 'discuss' this with the owner, or service manager at a minimum.

Canopy. Are they good to have or not?

Unfortunately I do not know the brand. Its the only one the Kubota dealer here sells (other than a smaller plastic one). Here are some good photos photos. If you type in 'kubota canopy' you can match the photos and maybe get a brand, I saw mine ...sorry. It is HEAVY and rock solid. The problem...

    Shed upgrade started

I'm shocked you can get anything done with the weather you have been getting. My son umps up in Hoover every weekend so I keep an eye on the weather and Bham has a bulls eye on it for some reason.
