It's a correct answer but you lose a point for being on Facebook in the first place.

We mostly baled onto the rack. My dad was blind by the time I was big enough to throw bales. When we baled onto the rack I drove and my brother stacked. When we picked them off the ground my dad drove by voice guidance l threw them on the rack and my brother stacked.

The way I see it 3 is the only one that fills. 1 fills to the bottom tube which runs into 3, which overflows once full. None of the others see any liquid.

    PTO shaft

I'd like to find a complete PTO shaft that goes from the 1 inch shaft to the tractor PTO. That's an option that I hadn't considered though. I think I can get a shaft with 6 spline female on one end and male on the other. I'll call that plan B for now.

They have 3 guys riding the rack. Should be able to do it with one.

    PTO shaft

Looking for a PTO shaft with the standard 6 spline 540 connector on one end and a 1 inch keyed and drilled female on the other. 1 3/8 is common. I've found 15/16 and 3/4, but no 1 inch. Tried a TSC in person and agri supply online. Looked at Amazon a little bit. Any suggestions? Or do you buy a...

    Mowing with a Bx

I'll probably be mowing 3 to 5 acres when it all shakes out. I have some slopes so I think 4 wd will be preferable in spots.

    Mowing with a Bx

I moved from a quarter acre to 15 acres last October. I'm thinking about a riding mower. But a used bx with just the deck can be had for about 1500 more than a gr with similar hp. I have a lot of trees to mow around. Will the bx be clumsy as compared to the gr?

Thinking about building a new house.

I think that the real low hanging fruit here is to put a shower and toilet in the kitchen and eliminate the bathroom.

I wouldn't take the fourth until it's recommended. I think that they're already erring on the side of caution/profitability.

    Baler for L4701

I would think that you'd be able to make any of the small square balers work. You may not be able to run at full capacity but it should work. I've baled with a Farmall H pulling a NH super 78 and that H is only 26 hp IIRC. I would think that the round balers would be OK as long as you stay...

Would it make sense that it's a crimp ferrule for cable or fencing?

    Three sisters planting

Anyone use it? You plant corn in hills rather than rows then plant a hill of pole beans next to each hill of corn. You plant pumpkins or squash amongst this. Wondering how well it works and if it could be used with cucumbers or other plants with ground vines.

homemade wood splitter idea. could it work?

I wouldn't think that the pump would care whether it was running vertical or horizontal. You may be able to fab a bracket to use a horizontal if the hoses reach.

Widow Maker - Best Plan of Attack?

On a property that I used to own I was trying to cut down the bank next to the road so I could drive on to it. About 6 inches down I ran into a rock that my L1500 with a slusher wasn't going to move. I put a sign next to it that said "free rock " and I'll be damned if a neighbor with a track...

    3pt drawbar lock?

I grabbed one at TSC last time I was there but haven't had cause to use it yet. I have seen where they take an angle iron or 2 and weld a flat on the bottom with a hole in it that gets bolted to the bar. The top gets a hole drilled in it for the top link pin
