And better ventilation in hot weather.A tub in the bathroom??? , you'll use less space with a shower.
And kitchen come on... delivery saves all that expense!
And garage doors on opposing walls means less hassle of backing up!
I too think the bedroom is too big

I think that the real low hanging fruit here is to put a shower and toilet in the kitchen and eliminate the bathroom.Do you really expect to be using the kitchen while you're sleeping? Why separate those rooms? And how many sinks do you need in there? You only need one, get rid of that sink in the bathroom.
You're going to want garage doors on the sides as well as the front and back.
