You can delete all the parts, but you need someone to tune it, and the tuners are the ones hit the hardest by EPA I know a couple tuners, and they wont touch the tune for a deleted diesel. When the truck is deleted, all sensor and harnesses are also removed, there are a LOT more parts involved...
