    Question on BX23S

I was on Kubotas site today and noticed the engine specs for the BX23S are different? My book says my tractors gross engine HP is 23 HP for the D902 engine. The website says 21.6 for the D902. What gives?

    Close faced Hydraulic Couplers

I guess I can call myself lucky. I remove my loader twice a week all summer to cut grass and haven't had a problem.....yet!

    Snow blower doesn't lift evenly

If its on the rear looking at the back of the tractor there is an adjustment nut right side of 3 point to adjust level.

How many hours on your tractor.

October 2017 BX23S just turned 310 hours! What I did on my property would have cost more than the purchase price of the machine if I had hired landscapers!

    Advice on this connection....

Not sure, could be wrong but, even if it is leaking without the coupler I would think it shouldn't if the quick coupler is seated correctly when locked down. I think these get damaged from trying to lock down the quick coupler while not being close enough to the FEL. It needs to lock down flush...

    Close faced Hydraulic Couplers

Mine leaked once! It seems I was a bit too far from the coupler when reattaching the FEL and I guess it didn't seat right? I got closer and reattached and it never leaked again!

    BX2380 PTO Engagement Delay

Do you engage it at idle? I have the BX23S and that engages immediately!

    Interesting video

I saw that vid! Just because the Deer can lift more does not mean you can safely operate that tractor with all that weight on the FEL! With my BX23S a full bucket of wet dirt or gravel driving on uneven terrain will make you pucker if you go too fast. The deer with forks on a flat...

    How much does a BX23s weigh ?

This was one of the first things I checked out when I got my BX23S. I got 1570 lbs for the tractor. 600 for the BH. 600 for the FEL including 48" pin on bucket!

    Adjusting a grease gun coupler

D2CAT I still use the old style like you! Pretty simple when you know how to adjust it! Push on and pull off! No plyers tightening or loosening! Just having a BX23S to grease....well its all I need.

Box Blade Land Shark for BX23s

My BX23S has a 60" box blade on it and will drag a full load with ease! Ballast in front is key. Even used it while skimming with the front bucket a few times! The 5 footer covers my tire tracks nicely. Low range and 4 wheel drive! If traction becomes an issue put weight in the front...

    Bx23s FEL hydraulic manifold leaking

One time I hooked up the loader on my BX23S and I was a little further than usual but still managed to lock the handle on the manifold. I experienced a leak! I unhooked and rehooked and all is fine. Hope you figure it out. Ive been more than happy with my BX and what its done so far. I put on...

BX23 (current) - how much lifting force Backhoe?

Keep in mind! Any rock in that 3-600 lb range is most likely too fat to grab with the thumb.

    Loader Falls too fast

I only have a BX 23S but when the bucket load is maxed out even with counter weight the drop is as others have said....a hair trigger. I barley move the stick to stop the herky jery!:D

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

Well I wasn't on it, but I have been looking at it quite a bit. Im dying to get to work in the yard this year, but have another two weeks of recovery from hernia surgery.:(

    bx23s lifting power

Check your fluid level? When the dealer gets the machine it may be full, but when they ad the backhoe and FEL that level will drop. Get your RPM's up when lifting to max capacity. Not that lower end on the rpm gage marked loader range. Crank it up for the heavy stuff. They are only rated for...
