I in no way want this to go political. County govt can be challenging at times. I know, I work for the county where I live.
Lil Foot, I gotta ask......17 tires for one rhino? Are they all on rims? Damnit man ! ! Ya like swappin them out or something??
Has anyone ever counted up the number of tires that are on the things you own that roll? Vehicles, tractors, trailers, spares, extra sets etc.
I"m at 58 tires, 8 cranking batteries and one trolling motor battery.
I know its a different tractor but I have a B7300 that had a hydraulic oil leak that I hugged hell trying to track down. It turned out to be the housing where the mid-pto housing mated to the transmission. There is no gasket there. Only a sealing compound.
I cleaned the area really well where...
The cylinders were rebuilt because all three developed leaks at the seals but not all at the same time.
The last fluid change was probably 20-30 hours ago back in 2015.
Is leaking down the only symptom of sucking air? There was a fairly heavy load on the FEL when I noticed is leaking down.
I've got a BX22 with 1200+ hours on it. Today while using the FEL I noticed that it was leaking down while it had a load on it with the engine RPMs up at operating speed. I had gotten off the tractor to move something and noticed it leaking down when getting back on.
I've looked all over...
Well........its all over with now.
I received the lease termination papers yesterday with all the separation terms laid out. It came from the law firm handling the sale.
We have 60 days to remove all personal belongings. Most of the 17K acres that was purchased is still under water.
The...
They say come to an end at some point. My dad and 9 of his friends acquired a lease from Anderson-Tully timeber company back in the early 50s before I was born in 58 and formed Lonesome Doe hunting club. Back then the property was only accessible by boat up Steele Bayou from the Yazoo River or...
Picking it up is a problem in itself. Either a shovel and bucket or something mechanical like you're wanting to find. My question is, what to you do with five gallons of dog crap? How do you dispose of it to keep from having an ever increasing in size monstrous pile of fermenting, stinking, fly...
Does your HST fan have all its blades? My BX started having a smell about it when it was worked but not really that hard. I found the HST fan to nothing but a hub with no blades. After I replaced the fan I no longer noticed the smell.
I had a similar problem with my B7300 except it was leaking diesel from the starter. I posted video here of the leak. What I ended up doing was loosening the bolts that you would take out if you were going to separate the tractor. When I did about a cup of fuel drained out. I let it sit over...
My BX22 was purchased new in '02 and has never had or needed the brakes adjusted. it has 1500+ hours on it. About the only time I use the brake is to lock them prior to chaining it down when trailering. If I had to guess they are still probably like new since I literally have never had to use them.
