I swear the older I get the dumber I get. Just spent 45 minutes cutting grass with the brakes on, had ear protection on so I didn’t hear the hst tranny screaming. I guess the tranny suffered a little extra wear :mad:

Sometimes while working my b2601 I get a smell of hydro fluid usually backing up or a tail wind. I have checked the tractor top to bottom for any leaks and nothing. Hydraulic fluid stays full every time I check. Wondering if it’s the vent tube doing it’s thing ? Anyone experienced this

Check Craig’s list for comparable tractor & equipment. Also ask local dealer but they will lowball even if trading for new but you’ll get a ballpark figure to work from

My b2601 gauge hardly moves in cold weather. If I partially block radiator with a piece of cardboard then the needle moves to about 1/4 mark. Been that way since new

I have b2601 with r4s they do leave tread marks and indents in the grass and soil even in 2wd unless you have a really thick luscious lawn, I don’t and wish I had turfs :rolleyes:

Another happy camper with Rops lights, definitely plug and play. I got the two light set up and they light up the night. But you are correct about the slow shipping, since I wasn’t in a hurry not a big deal for me. I’m sure you could sell them on This site or CL if you o longer need them

I officially own my b2601, paid off the Kubota loan and extended the ktac insurance for another year @ $290. I can now go back in debt for a 2019 ram 1500 truck . Oh yeah !

Been a ford truck guy for most of my adult life but the 2019 Ram trucks have my attention. Since I have never owned a Chrysler product it’s hard to make the switch, but I’m leaning!
