Oh man I feel your pain and I'm so sorry for your loss. Time eases the pain but we never fully get over missing them. Be strong my friend, you are not alone.

It may be just mud in around the outer seal if that's what's leaking, if so try cleaning it with a pressure washer.

They always look so sad with those cones on but she's still a beauty. Hoping all turns out well and you'll all be back to enjoying your walks soon.

A little over 2 weeks ago we rescued Digger. Hard to tell from the photo but still very nervous of people but a huge improvement over when we first got him...pretty much my shadow now.

We got lucky here in the east, mother nature dumped a lot of water on us over the last 3 or 4 days, sadly not before many lost their homes. Hoping that mother nature jumps in to help out the rest of you, be safe folks.

I guess I didn't word that right, Digger is a year and 4 months old that we rescued this week. I kinda made it sound as though we haven't had a dog in that long, ok, now even I'm confused. :rolleyes:

You're right, I needed him as much as he needs us. I'm feeling a little guilty after my last 3 dogs where beagles and will probably always be my favorite however this old body wasn't very polite when it reminded me that it's too old to chase dogs through the woods any more and it'll (hopefully)...
