Don't have the 2501 but I'm still under the 50-hour break in also. Been operating the RPM's at about 2100 for BH work and had 1st regen last week and it required I bump the throttle over 2400 for the 15 minutes it took. I think 540 PTO is 2450 RPM's anyway so the 150 RPM's over that seems...

Not using a skid steer bucket but I did upgrade to the HD tractor bucket with bolt on cutting bar...best money I spent so far. It is only about 60 lbs. heavier than the regular bucket but as much abuse as we put on buckets it seems to take it so far.

Ditto on my owners manual. I'm not dismantling interior materials to look either. Maybe a holdover from earlier days or if there is mechanical linkage 🤔

I think others here have way more knowledge than I maybe when you remove the zerk you'll be able to tell if something is blocking grease? Sorry not much help from here.

I hear it I think at the beginning of the dipper stroke. Can someone else safely get near enough to it to hear if it's coming from the cylinder? Do you happen to have any electronic shooting earmuffs? They amplify sound in ambient mode and you might be able to pinpoint it better.

I agree.....I store my diesel (yellow) containers near tractor and my gasoline (red) are on the other side of garage on a lower shelf out of view. Had the wife label the yellow ones DIESEL too.

Sent pics to dealer and he said he thinks the boom lock was not welded right at factory, maybe in the jig? He's sending me a new boom lock. I'll post when I get that installed so anyone interested will know what the problem is.

Happened to my BH92 and I think it was the pivot pin. The dealer said that's what it sounded like. I greased everything real good and it eventually went away. I thought it was maybe air in hydraulic line as I did have a leaking hose and had to add fluid. Here's link to the video. BH92 squealing
