    Hydraulic Top Link for L3560

A 21"-31" working length should work well for you. I'm sure something close and you will be good to go. You can probably get by with a 2" dia cylinder, but I recommend a 2 1/2" unit with a 1 1/2" dia rod.

Will 3rd Function on L3800 Operate an Auger?

Typically the issue with using 3rd function controls for a hydraulic motor is that some 3rd function valve kits are not rated for constant use. So if you need to be turning the auger for any length of time, the solenoid and or the control switch may get fried. Check with the kit manual to be sure.

L3901, top and tilt, and QH-15: trying to configure the hoses, still.. argh!

Correct, then spend 15-30 minutes figuring what 90* angle works best at the cylinder ends. And there are times, not always, but sometimes when zip tying the hoses together helps out keeping the hoses how you want them. The photo is an example, not of your tractor, just an example how zip ties...

L3901, top and tilt, and QH-15: trying to configure the hoses, still.. argh!

To start with, it looks like your hoses are to long, but not really a problem, these can be worked with. Put 90s at all four of the coupler ends. If your top link has different length hoses, use the longer hose to go to the port at the base end of the cylinder. (tractor end) Play with the...

L3901, top and tilt, and QH-15: trying to configure the hoses, still.. argh!

The thing is, isn't your l3901 different? That picture is of a Grand L model Aren't your couplers on-in a mount connected to the roll bar? I have seen this exact coupler mount, mounted 6 different ways from being on the outside of the ROPS to being horizontal instead of vertical. A picture of...

A picture or pictures will most definitely help. ;)

    Hydraulic top & side links

Well, I hope that the set you get works like that video having the stroke of the rod around half way extended when the implement is level, both front-back for the top link as well as side-side for the side link. The actual Land Pride video sure does not look like that is the case to me. 🙄

    Hydraulic top & side links

You guys realize that the OP has a B series tractor, right?

    Hydraulic top & side links

Take a look at the Land Pride video. I am assuming that they are going to build all of their T&T sets similar. Fully retracted to have the implement level. While that sounds great, what do you do when you need the implement to tilt in the opposite direction? You can get away with that most of...

    Hydraulic top & side links

My recommendation is to get the 2 factory rear remotes and then get in line at Fit Rite Hydraulics for the actual T&T set.

    How wide for rear blade

With your tractor, an 8 footer weighing no less than 700lbs. I say that because I used to have an 8 footer that weighed 680 lbs and it worked ok. But I moved up to a 9 footer weighing 1140lbs, it works great. But even with my tractor ballasted to 13,000lbs it will still throw the tractor...

    M4D-071 Recommended Wheel Adjustment

Sort of depends on what tires & wheels you have. Ag-R1 tires you will have a larger set of options. R-4s-industrial tires not so much. I would get the tires set in the most desired setting and then get the rears liquid filled. Rim Gard - beet juice is usually the preferred liquid to use. Having...

    Category 1/2 3-point?

The shear strength of a typical 3/4" cat 1 pin is in excess of 30,000psi. So you feel that your BX has the same strength as the M5 111? If all the lift ratings were based on the top link pin strength, then you are correct, those 2 tractors should have the same rating. Actually the BX is...

    Category 1/2 3-point?

Kubota has some 100+ HP tractors that have a 3/4" pin for the top link end at the tractor. Do you think that they should simply call that tractor a cat 1 tractor? After all, the 3pt hitch will only pick up in excess of 8000lbs at the link ends. :)

    Category 1/2 3-point?

Technically your tractor is a cat 1-2. you can use either cat 1 or cat 2 implements. The tractor should have come with reducer bushings for the 3 implement pins to get down to cat 1 sizes. The only off the shelf cat 1-2 top links that I know of have the wrong over all working length for your...

    Hydraulic top link for MX6000

Depending on the circumstances, but some times a simple on-off hydraulic rated ball valve is a good solution and less money than the check valve.

Pushing rear attachments, specifically a landscape rake?

I pull my rake with the tines reversed. Makes for a good finished surface without collecting much of anything. I don't see that running in reverse with the tines curved away from the direction you are moving would make much of a difference.

    Hydraulic Top Link

A full 3pt quick hitch does not change the required top link length. Pat's quick hitch draft link ends add 3 3/4" to the draft arm length. So that mid point is very different with the Pat's QH.

Lxx60 series top link length with quick attach hitch

A std full 3pt quick hitch does not change the top link dimensions. Only draft arm quick hitches like Pat's quick hitch change what length the top link would need to be.

Lxx60 series top link length with quick attach hitch

For the cat 1 Grand L tractors, a 21"-31" working length seems to work best.
