    Wheel weights

You bolt the second set of weights directly to the first set of weights, not through bolts that would connect the second set of weights directly to the rims. Pics of weights on my 75hp tractor. I have 6 sets on my tractor. 1st set on the inside and 5 sets on the outside, and still need filled...

Value of used attachments when buying a used tractor?

This is only what I have seen a few people get. Not saying it's right or wrong, just what happened. Loader 3rd function is a freebie, anything actually added to the tractor after the fact is simply thrown in. Implements go for half the cost of new. And I'm talking about name brand implements in...

    Bison rear blade

No they are not going to work or work that well in soft material. Get something that is a little firm and they really help-prevent blade edge gauging. My road is decomposed granite, after a long slow rain, they don't do much, but then I should not be trying to anything with the surface being...

    Bison rear blade

I can spin my 9 footer 360*. Even the 8' blue blade will spin 360* as long as the boom is straight back and not offset. You just need to get the right blade.

    Bison rear blade

I would highly recommend an 8 foot blade. When you start angling, the blade gets a lot narrower. A 7 foot blade at a 45* angle is only going to cut about 60 inches wide, an 8 footer is about 67 inches. I typically run my blade between 35* & 40*. That's just me, but getting a straight blade to...

    Almost (better than??) OEM Remotes

While yes they can be used at a low position, how comfortable would that actually be vs having them up higher. I know that earlier Kioti tractors had the levers come out the front just like yours, but then came straight up where the top of the lever was basically level with the fender at that...

    Almost (better than??) OEM Remotes

I don't know how ergonomic having the control levers down that low will be. Seems like they may need to be several inches higher? Like at least seat height? I don't know without sitting in the seat, just guessing. I like the whole overall idea though.

    Almost (better than??) OEM Remotes

I like it. (y) It will be great to actually have some good Bucher valves on the tractor mounted down low. Interested in how all the control levers get finished off. That in itself will take some thought.

    Quick Hitch choice

Euro QH hooks work with any width that your draft arms will reach. Cat 1 & or cat 2 connections, same hook, different implement balls. Just another option to consider.

    3rd party accessories?

I use Messick's for my online purchases.

    3rd party accessories?

JD 4000 series tractors are the only main line tractor that offer a 3pt with down force that I know of. And then if you do get that feature, you supposedly can not have a hydraulic side link part of a top & tilt set. As far as your implements bouncing, get heavy implements and slow...

Rear remote and hydraulic top link pros and cons

Thanks for the response. I have had issues with the side ports and people allowing their hitch to sway side-side more than they should, thus the top ports. But maybe it would be better with the side ports and a specific warning against side-side movement. Thanks again. (y)

Rear remote and hydraulic top link pros and cons

B737, would having the ports down work better? If the ports were on the side, any clearance issues with the lift arms? Specifically if-when the hitch moves side-side? Please let me know, thanks.

Reckon Just Gonna Have To Trade Tractors

You can look up all the parts for an MX5200. They have part numbers that list (complete link assembly) For each the left and and right hand lower links as well as the stabilizers. (same part # for either side)

Reckon Just Gonna Have To Trade Tractors

Instead of getting new draft arms, maybe consider going with some Euro quick hitch ends. They would replace the existing ball swivel ends and get you quick hitch speed for connecting to your implements and have both cat 1 & 2 hitch capabilities. (y)

Reckon Just Gonna Have To Trade Tractors

Those are for a larger M series like an 8540-60 and a 9540-9960. The slot & guides on the side links is the for sure give away. :)

FEL 3rd function, top n tilt

Use 1/4" couplers, they work fine as long as you are not using anything for a constant fluid supply.

FEL 3rd function, top n tilt

Yes sir, you have the plumbing routed correctly. If you use a tee that has the female swivel at the center, it does not stick out any further than the 90 that is currently there. If you use a tube 90 on the left of the tee, you can route the hose up behind the filter and have it tucked up out...

    telescoping draft links

You could go to some Euro type hook ends. Work like a quick hitch, but does not matter on width of the connection points like a std full 3pt quick hitch does. These work for both cat 1 & cat 2 implements.
