I won't give you a brand name, but there are plenty of them out there from all the well known game cam makers. As far as I know they all require either a monthly or yearly subscription fee. Google is your friend on this one.
Assuming you're in the mid west somewhere since those are the agencies you say you've contacted, I can confidently tell you there are no ground nesting birds with active nests in the mid west at this time of year.
Used the FEL to hold up the horizontal 2X6's so I could get them lined up and attached to the vertical 6X6's. When you're old and working by yourself ya gotta get creative sometimes.
I would use blue dye to control algae. Plenty of companies make it for ponds. I won't go into my experience with it except to tell you that it works and doesn't harm wildlife.

Remove the screen under the dash. Follow the lever as it goes down through the dash and locate the two nuts on the bottom. Loosen the tension nuts on it until it's where you want it and then lock it down there.
Is your shop insulated or uninsulated? Heated? How hot or cold does the shop get? If it isn't much different than outside I wouldn't think it makes much difference if the outside storage area is covered like with a lean to and the temperatures are about the same most of the time.
Been using G6 Gator mulching blades for several years. Very happy with them and IMO they're better than Kubota blades. Also use their chainsaw blades and very happy with them, too, but I don't cut anywhere near as much wood as I do grass.
