Also, just in case he doesn't know, SOME meters are based at PTO speed and not based on time (although, there are some based on hour on, hour racked up).

If you are at half the PTO speed, hour = 30 minutes. If you are idling, you would be hard press to see it rack up time.

gee, I'd have ZERO hours on my machine IF it was based on PTO speed.....
